Then I just showed up, without calling, and filled out the paperwork! No unwanted discussions about price at the dealership. Andre helped me do the paperwork and made zero attempt at up-selling me anything. In fact, whenever he showed me something to sign and I was about to express a concern, he beat me to it and addressed the issue to my satisfaction every single time. Andre was patient, kept the mood light, and had no negative or high-pressure attitude. They had to deliver the car from a nearby warehouse, but didn't require any deposit or commitment from me first. There was none of that 'let me talk to my manger' BS where they try to work you over with pressure and a war of attrition. When I was passed over to Akram in finance, I expected the up-selling to begin. He merely asked if I was interested in an extended warranty--expecting the 'no' since I made it clear I was going to spend only what we negotiated by email and not a penny more--he casually asked if I wanted to discuss why and when I declined he professionally moved on without any attitude or pressure at all. Finally, before sending me off with my new 2015 Honda Fit, Andre explained all of its features (there are many). Bottom line: I could not be happier with the experience, and I would recommend anybody to see Andre and the whole staff at DCH. More

I am happy to say my sales person told me to wait until the 2015 were coming in, so I waited and then was told, yes they are here but wait until we can work with you to get the best deal. Have you ever heard of a salesperson and dealership looking out for the customer ? Well, Joe Guzzo and the management team at DCH Academy Honda do that. I just leased a new 2015 CRV- EXL and Joe Guzzo is by far the most honest trustworthy salesperson I have ever dealt with. As far as management, Bill Lister is also fair, honest and the team tries to make you happy. This is the 2nd CRV I have leased with the current team , and they are the best. If you are looking for a HONDA., don't waste your time and energy with people who overpromise and don't deliver. Go and speak with Joe Guzzo . He will always go the extra mile for you .
