We visited numerous dealerships as we wrestled with whether to buy a new or used car. After discovering the TruCar site, we thought we would bypass the traditional tedious car buying process ... we we whether to buy a new or used car. The salespeople at those dealerships were less than truthful and the car buying experience was becoming typically undesirable. However, when we met Joe Guzzo at DCH Academy Honda, that all changed. Joe listened, was straight forward and made this car buying process our most pleasant ever. We did not have the stereotypical back and forth with Joe, we told him what we wanted and he made it happen. If more salespeople were like Joe, we would not dread the car buying process. I got a price quote over the internet in a matter of a few minutes. It was the lowest price among the 5 dealerships in the area. I scheduled an appointment the next day.
