I came in with my 17 yr old daughter who needed safe and dependable used car and only had a limited amount of money to spend. Joe Lisciandri greeted us immediately and was extremely helpful. Although, there was nothing on the lot in her price range, he worked with me to make the car affordable for her and we were able to purchase a 2007 Saturn Ion in her price range that she just loves! Joe was extremely caring, honest and willing to work with me and our financial limitations. He explained every detail to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable driving the car and that she understood all the workings of the vehicle. He also had Glen, the mechanic, come out and speak with us to tell us about the repairs he made to the car. Glen explained everything to us and even offered to put the car up on the lift so I could have a look underneath. Once we made our selection, the paperwork and legalities moved along very quickly and we were out of there in no time. No long drawn out, all day affair. Our experience with Joe and Academy Honda was a very pleasant one and I will recommend both to anyone looking for a new or used car. My very good friend link me up to DCH Academy Honda. It is 75 miles away from my home. I met with one of the sale man " Andy Lau. He is the best sale man. The whole process is smooth and fast. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He spend a lot of time to walk my through all the feature of the car even it was already late at night. It totally changed my image about car dealer. He washed the car and get most of the things ready before I arrival and most impress me was he did follow up with me after a few days. I can't thanks enough for his wonderful service.
