I wanted to let cyberspace know about a great experience we had buying a new Honda Civic. The reviews on Yelp, Google, etc significantly influence my purchasing decisions so I thought I’d try to sway folk we had buying a new Honda Civic. The reviews on Yelp, Google, etc significantly influence my purchasing decisions so I thought I’d try to sway folks out there in the direction of DCH Academy Honda. After interacting with 15-20 other dealerships in the NJ and NY area we discovered the pleasure of working with the down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly people at DCH. The dynamic trio of Ms. Jennifer Calderone, Mike (Manager) and Luis Torres were very reasonable on the deal and just plain nice to work with. Many of the other dealerships had unbelievable pricing but much fine print riddled with hidden fees + pressure, pressure, pressure. Moreover, a number of them were extremely unpleasant to deal with. Hats off to Jennifer and the team for the hard work and top notch deal on our new 2013 Honda. We will be recommending them to our friends/family. RC More

Second time I visited this dealership in the last 2 months. First time I purchase a Honda Sport for myself. This time I leased a Honda Sport for my wife. Very very happy with the people and more important with the overall experience. No smoke and mirrors, just straight talk and cordial people. Sammy Beshay is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable who makes the entire process a pleasure. I know he's there to sell cars, but he's looking out for your interest as well. He's a very good guy!!! I would highly recommend him if you're in the market. I have to say that in a dealership the person I typically have had problems with in the past is the "finance guy". That's where fees show up that I didn't know about or agree to. Not at DCH! No surprises and Vipin Rishi is a class guy who doesn't try to push things on you that you don't want. I enjoyed his easy going style and the speed at which he expedites the entire process. Great job! More

My husband and I just purchased our 7th Honda from Robert Levine -- wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Robert gave us a great deal and made sure we had a complete understanding of our CRV before we left the Levine -- wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Our experience was wonderful! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Paul Papis was extremely nice and helpful through the whole car buying process. Vipin Rishi was also great to deal with. Had a very bad experience with DCH academy honda. I feel we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a turn, which they said it could be coz of a small ball inside the drivers seat. which i belived, but the noise is still there. i am ready to live with the noise but to go thru the hassle of getting it serviced by DCH academy honda. i had to go thru 3 days of hassle frustration loss of wages to make them realize their mistake abt the tires. Finally they agreed to pay half the amt needed to change all the tires. They told me to come next day at 10:00am to pick my vehicle. After taking off from work i reached there with my collegue who dropped me to their service center. When i enquired about my odyssey they said it is not ready. I asked them the reason they said we dont know. After showing them my frustration the manager came and put all the blame on Ruben and said he did not inform them that it has to be ready by 10:00am. They did not have a courtsey to even make a single call and let me know that it was going to take time to replace the tires. Someone from the service dept suggested i go and complain to the servicee mgr pete. when i reached to his office close to the new car office i told him about all the issues and frustration i went thru. all he kept saying is i am sorry there is nothing we can do. he told it is his showroom, his office and he does not want any scene there. i asked so you dont care abt the customers once u sell them the car?? he said i dont want to comment abt that. Anyways tired and frustrated i choose to wait and get it fixed the same day. They got my car with the tires and then i checked they did not do the allignment which was told to me my ruben and they would do. Again i had wait an hour for it. From 10am in the morning till2 pm in the afternoon i was there waiting ti get my car fixed which was purchased 2 months ago. Had i not taken my car for oil change to close by mechanic shop "princeton garage"i wouldnt have come to know that my the damaged tires which i was told they were dangerous to drive on highway . Anyways at around 2 pm i finally got my car done. I paid the amt and took my car. As a customer i would like to trust the dealership where i get my car from as i risk my kids safety putting them in that car. I would not recommend anyone to buy or get their car services from DCH. I request them to please pause for a moment and hear the customer. Dont turn your back on the customer as soon as u sell the car. Please try to be honest and perfect in what you do because ur imperfections and lies will cost the customers big time and as middle class hard working citizen i can only say we cannot afford to pay the price for ur imperfections and lies. Joe is certainly one of the best sales guys I have dealt with. No pressure, happy to let me drive multiple cars to work out which one I liked best.
