Joe was amazing! I had a really bad experience at Joyce Honda in Dover and walked into DCH expecting the same. It was a rainy day out, so did not expected to be greated by a sales rep, but when I walked i Honda in Dover and walked into DCH expecting the same. Joe is a no BS kind of guy, and that is what I loved about him. You can tell he genually cares about his customers and is willing to go above and beyond to do his best in guaranteeing customer satisfaction. He is also very personable. Joe was easy to communicate and it was not just a sales pitch. I really appreciated how I put him through the ringer with checking out multiple cars and getting me to realize the pros and cos of the two I narrowed my search down to (Civic SI and Accord). When it came down to me choosing the Accord, Joe went back and forth with me and his manager to provide me the best possible rate he could. We agreed to terms, and I'm even getting a moonroof without compromising leather interior and heated seats and paying a few grand extra for an upgrated version of the Accord. Joe deserves a 5 across the board. The only reason why I am not saying the price is great, because it was more than I wanted to spend, but still very managable. Again, this is no fault of Joes as he worked on dropping the price as low as he could. If I wanted to spend less, I could have went for a differen vehicle. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with my experience at DCH. From the moment I walked into the building, to working with Joe, to pulling out of the lot with my new car, I experienced luxery at its best. Kudos!!! More

I originally was in contact with Mark through email, as I was on a desperate hunt to get the best deal for the 2013 accord. However, the deal was so great, I could not pass it up. When I came in Mark referred me to Joe Yankunas immediately to assist me. Joe was amazing! My boyfriend and my father definitely gave him a hard time, as they were skeptical after having a terrible experience with a Brooklyn dealership. However, Joe was patient every step of the way and answered evey single question we had. The only less than positive thing I would say is that we had to wait a long time to see the finance manager. However, it was Memorial Day and it seemed like every person waited for that day to purchase a car. Regardless, he was really helpful and did not push us into committing to something we weren't comfortable with. I ended up purchasing the car for so much less than what my local dealership originally offered. It was definitely worth the drive for me!! More

He is straight forward, but also laid back. He is able to work with the customer to make them happy without going back and forth to the manager a dozen times. DCH/Academy Honda is nice and the staff is extremely friendly and always pass by with a greeting. It was a pleasure to purchase my car from Paul and I am looking forward to my next purchase next year. More
