It was completely opposite starting with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales person, no BS sales approach, painless negotiation (got the price lower than my local dealer w/o any hassle), very understanding management (car was processed in less than 2 hours from being on the lot to ready for me to drive away, dealing with my no so typical car payment method). If you are seriously looking to buy and want to walk away from the dealership with new vehicle same day than I recommend you give them a call. Essam (Sam) was incredible and very accommodating. Try them out you will not be disappointed. More
