It was completely opposite starting with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales person, no BS sales approach, painless negotiation (got the price lower than my local dealer w/o any hassle), very understanding management (car was processed in less than 2 hours from being on the lot to ready for me to drive away, dealing with my no so typical car payment method). If you are seriously looking to buy and want to walk away from the dealership with new vehicle same day than I recommend you give them a call. Essam (Sam) was incredible and very accommodating. Paul has a great sense of humor and I quite enjoyed working out a great deal with him .When all the paper work was done he was very patient enough to go over each and every detail of the car with me .
