I had a chance to browse the dealership's inventory online prior to my visit, so I had an idea of what I was looking for, and Dave was able to show me which models were still available right off the bat. He answered every question I had about the vehicle I ended up test driving, and was very detailed in his explanation of the terms of purchase, the warranty, the pricing, and especially my payment options. He was very attentive to my concerns and it was apparent he did everything he could to help me stay within my budget. Dave took us through every step of the buying process from the CarFax and KBB price quotes to my financing options and credit report. He was patient with us and explained everything in terms we as every day consumers could understand and showed us step by step how the numbers were crunched to reach the final purchase price. He moved us through the process at a very impressive speed, and we were driving my certified pre-owned Honda Civic off the lot in less than 2 hours. I took my Honda Accord 2009 EX-L 4 cylinder in for a major service. I have to say Kristine Teh, the service advisor ,was extremely professional and courteous. When the servicing was done and I pulled my car out of the dealer, I felt a noticeable difference right away. My car is riding smoother than it has been for at least two years. I came in to get out of my current lease on a 2011 Honda Civic Si and look at a new vehicle to lease. The down payment was a little high so I asked to price out a Civic Si sedan and the price fit my budget much better. They're so helpful and always looking to make you feel comfortable. I dealt with John Nguyen last time I leased my Honda and this time he was just as great. Robert as a salesman was awesome and did a fantastic job of showing me all thew features of the cars I looked at and test drove. I wasn't sure if I wanted another Honda bute after this second phenomenal experience I won't go anywhere else for a car!! The guys are the best!! More

I gave the rating I did because when I first entered the dealership it was crowded beyond the point where there was not even a single seat available to sit. I already had a list of cars with stock numbers a dealership it was crowded beyond the point where there was not even a single seat available to sit. I already had a list of cars with stock numbers and knew exactly what I was looking for. Upon the Sales Manager finding out that I already knew what I wanted I was assisted shortly after. In the beginning you can tell it was a hectic day because my sales guy Joe was rushing to get the process underway. But after time had past, Joe became really nice and even often us pizza and soda because he realized we had been there for some time. The process as far as paperwork with Joe was smooth, and straight forward. However, I didn't give them perfect rating because I got there around 2:15pm and didn't leave the dealership until 9:01pm. That day there was only financial manager and a lot of cars were sold causing the wait to be beyond ridiculous. Once I sat with the financial manager he was very kind and accommodating and again the paperwork was smooth and he answered all of my questions at least twice. Everyone overall was very pleasant and compared to other dealerships their prices are very GOOD and very realistic. I would recommend going there with a game plan as far as a list of cars you would like to see to help streamline the process but all-in-all is was a good experience for having it be my first car purchase and I would recommend them to everyone!
