Set up an appointment over phone with Veronica to look at an Accord LX on Saturday. She showed us the car, we didn't like it so she found us another to try. Gerry Bruno helped out with the paperwork and was very informative and helpful. The dealership has a nice atmosphere. We kept waiting for some "hidden costs" and they never appeared. Upon arriving at the dealership Joe was outside and greeted us immediately. We knew exactly what we were looking for and Joe accommodated our needs. I spoke to Mark Kamatoy (internet contact at DCH) by phone and told him what I was looking for and asked him to quote his best price. I also contacted several other dealers. Mark emailed me the best quote without my having to haggle etc. over price. I then visited DCH Academy Honda and there was zero sales pressure from my salesman, Ryan Hoey. During the sales process, I dealt with both Ryan and Mark. They both answered all of my questions in detail and made the entire process very easy. I had a car to trade in, and they were flexible with their allowance after a bit of discussion. I am very impressed with the service at DCH and I highly recommend Ryan, Mark and DCH Academy Honda. The price was right, no haggling, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I am very happy with my new 2013 Honda Accord. P.S. I am an insurance salesman myself, so I am very sensitive to sales people turning up the pressure. Due to Hurricane Sandy, I needed to replace my car and I wasn't looking to spend a fortune. I saw a used Honda Civic online and stopped in to see if it was available. Although that particular car had been sold, the salesman Joe Lisciandri, suggested a similar model and within two hours I was driving home in my new car. Joe took the time to share the vehicle history with me and ensured that I was getting the best price possible, however I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork process was quick and simple and I am really pleased with my purchase. My husband's car was also damaged due to the hurricane, so I will be back in the near future. I highly recommend this dealership. More
