THE STAFF AT DCH ACADEMY HONDA-USED SALES GO BEYOND THE "ORDINARY" TO MEET YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS AS A CUSTOMER. THEY TREATED ME AND CONTINUE TO TREAT ME MORE LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER THAN JUST A CUSTOMER. THEY WERE WILLING TO DO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING I WANTED THEM TO DO, TO BE MADE WHOLE,--EVEN CONTACTING AND DISCUSSING THE SITUATION WITH OTHER DEAKERSHIP MANAGERS.THEY DEFRAYED COST OF SOME OF THE REPAIRS NEEDED, A ND LOOKING FOR OTHER WAYS TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE FINAL RESULT. WHEN THIS SITUATION WAS COMPLETED, I FELT THE NEED TO STOP BY THE DEALERSHIP AND THANK THEM ALL FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND CONCERN THEY HAD DISPLAYED. July 27th I visited DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. From my old experiences, I was prepared for hours and hours of bargaining, arguing and sales agent running back and forth to his manager every five From my old experiences, I was prepared for hours and hours of bargaining, arguing and sales agent running back and forth to his manager every five seconds. But to my surprise, NOTHING of this happened. HP ( our sales agent) was very friendly ready to make a deal , We gave him our budget and our offer he worked on it and we got the deal . All of this happened in about an hour. No bargaining ……… no arguing . It was a very good experience. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. I visited DCH Academy Honda because I was referred to them by the Costco Auto Program. I live in PA but made the 2 hour drive to NJ to purchase a car. Like most people I had this image in my mind of the used car sales person would be fast talking, high pressure and manipulative. Sanjay Chadda certainly does NOT fit that stereotype. He is easy to talk to, direct and conscientious. He knows his product well and what he doesn't know he is willing to research. He acts like an owner not like an employee. He takes pride in the work he does and makes sure the customer is well taken care of. Even though there is a Honda dealership about 15 minutes from my house in PA I would happily make the 2 hour drive to DCH Academy Honda and work with Sanjay if I was in the market for another car.I would feel comfortable recommending him to a friend.
