I started my new car negotiations with Mark Kamatoy. He was very upfront and did not give me the run around, which was much appreciated. I purchased my car during a busy time (Labor Day weekend), but Sam did the best he could to make sure I wasn't waiting too long. Despite the wait, I had a great experience with this dealership. After coming back from the test drive, I presented to Joe what I wanted to make a deal and not only did he meet and exceed what I asked for, he did not try to become my best friend or lie through his teeth to sell me the car.
