I felt the salesman was genuine, and tried to get us the best deal possible. He wasn't hard selling us, and not pressuring us either. The reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for quality of work is not because of the salesman himself, but because the support staff took a long time to prep the car, and the finance guy forgot to ask for the title which caused unnecessary trip to DMV for me. The reason for the 4 on price is (of course like anyone would), I was hoping for a better price for my trade-in, and the final cost of the car. More
