After having visited over 8 to 9 high volume / award 'winner' / so called low price dealerships - the buying experience at this dealership is such a welcome relief. There were so many distinctive factors which did deliver customer happiness as promised in their motto.. a) Right price : Vehicle was priced very competitively to begin with - you could not find anything else, on autos.yahoo.com, cars.com, which was significantly cheaper.. b) Sales Team: Sammy Lucas and Veronica ... folks who listen to you before selling you what they want. No other dealer began their sales pitch by presenting us the form asking about what matters to us. Right from the beginning Sammy kept us at ease and managed the the entire sales process with great reassurance. Sammy is very Personable, Patient, Very Friendly, Very Reasonable to deal with and Highly Recommended Sales guy. If you are in the dealership - say hi to him and I am sure you would end-up choosing him to be your sales person. c) No hidden surprises: We called up in advance to inquire about the fees that they charge - and they surprisingly lived up to what they said on the phone - no surprise fees d) Purchase Memo - I have not seen a purchase memo so clearly laid out and not containing any surprise fees and charges.. anywhere else. e) Finance Team - was very prompt friendly and helpful. Overall great to find someone like DCH honestly trying to deliver value. They are for the keeps - and I am gonna be out recommending DCH dealership, and Sammy to all my friends and family. I went into DCH because they had advertised a special lease deal on a Odyssey LX. I went into the dealership with my two small and had to wait ten minutes to be seen. I then proceeded to wait an hour fo lease deal on a Odyssey LX. I went into the dealership with my two small and had to wait ten minutes to be seen. I then proceeded to wait an hour for the dealership to my trade in. I was fed up and was packing up to leave when all of a sudden they had my trade in value. They low balled the number and then finally agreed to break even on my payout but on doing so they started adding in extra fees on the lease deal. I was then quoted a price that was reasonable by Nitin. I was also quoted on an EX, as I went outside to check out the LX. Nitin came outside and told me that the lease deal on the Lx just went up 30 dollars a month. I felt this was a ploy to get me into the EX for just thirty dollars more as he put it. I went into the dealership with a quote and when I got there they played too many games and lost a customer forever. I bought my 2007 accord from them and I expected a better experience. Marcia was very nice with my kids but the deal I was presented was full of games. I wouldn't recommend the new sales department to anyone. More

We visited the dealership for a new Odyssey. Called before to check if they are busy since its a memorial day weekend. Dealership informed that they are light until 1pm, so went right away by 12:15. We had a trade-in and it was taken out for an assesment around 12:45. Kept waiting until 1:15 with no salesperson assigned to us and no hope of even someone working with us. So after waiting for an hour with no progress, we wanted to check out what our trade-in was assesed at and decided to leave. Dealership told that they would be calling us within next day or 2 but haven't even had a courtesy call untill now (a week later). I think when choosing a dealership, the most important thing other than price is how well they can handle the customers. Now a days there's not much price difference between dealers as they compete online to attract customers to their store. I would suggest to choose someone who can handle traffic and probably choose a weekday to do your shopping. More
