I drove 4 1/2 hrs to look at a used car. This was March 30th, 2012. After deciding on which vehicle I wanted to purchase, the problems began. I told them (prior to making the 4 hr trip) what price I was wi 30th, 2012. After deciding on which vehicle I wanted to purchase, the problems began. I told them (prior to making the 4 hr trip) what price I was willing to pay, and that I would not go over a set monthly payment. I ended up walking out after they brought me the 3rd or 4th paper print-out of their offer. And Joe just kept saying look we now took "X" amount off the price. But in actuallity they upped the purchase price, so it looked like they were taking more off. Ok..so business is business and I understand that. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Next. I live in NY. They issued me a 20 day temporary registration. Joe L. told me a week before it expired I would get a call to make arrangements to mail my permanent plates. I received no phone call. I started calling 5 days before it expired. At first I spoke to the receptionist. She said they were not in. So I tried again 2 days later. I was told they still were not in. The day before it expired I called again, explaining that the temp tag expired the next day. The receprionist stated she was going to put me on hold and call the DMV. "Somehow" I got hung up on. I called back and was put on hold and hung up on again. I then called and asked to talk to Joe Lisciandri's supervisor. I explained the situation to Pete. He then said he would check with DMV himself. He put me on hold, and I got hung up on again. I called back again and got connected with Pete for a 2nd time. He then proceeded to tell me that "There was nothing he could do. The plates were hung up in Albany. And the only thing he could offer was to pay my fine, if I received a ticket for expired tags" I told him this was unacceptable, I have done everything I was suppossed to, and I have never had a ticket in my life and they needed to make this right. He told me again that they could only pay for the fine if I got a ticket. I then asked to speak with his supervisior. He informed me that Adrian did not come in until later that day. I said I would call him then. In the meantime I personally spent 2 hours on the phone with New York State DMV. When I finally got to talk to an actual person they informed me that there was nothing in New Yorks system under my name OR the Vin # for the vehicle I purchased. And that I needed to contact the dealership. I called and spoke to Adrian, explained the whole situation to him. He was actually very decent. He stated this was the first he had heard of it. (which considering I had been calling for 5 days is crazy). He overnighted me a new 20 tag, and emailed me a tracking number. Today is April 25th, and I just received a call that my permanent plates are in. They now inform me that I have to be available to sign for these when they are delivered. Ok...not a huge deal when I work various hours and have 2 babies, but it would be nice to know ahead of time about all the details. NOT ONCE did I receive a call or a "promised" call back from them, other than this call. More
I love the customer service that the staff there provides. Personally, Dave Mazurek helped me the most, he is truly knowledgeable and understanding of any question I asked him. Everything went smoothly as far as purchasing the 04 Subaru Forester XS. The car did not have Owner's manual(nice to have proper documents for the car eventhough it was used), only one key fob(2 would h Subaru Forester XS. The car did not have Owner's manual(nice to have proper documents for the car eventhough it was used), only one key fob(2 would have been better), it was missing rear passenger head rest on the day to pick up the car but Mr. Dave Mazurek solved the problem very nicely. It would have been an awesome buying experience if those problems did not occur. I hope to keep the car for as long as I need to. Good experience overall. More

I was an Internet customer, and after visiting the dealership, I found my sales rep and the team to be very courteous, professional, and fair. My price quote was for a 2012 CR-V. Since they did not dealership, I found my sales rep and the team to be very courteous, professional, and fair. My price quote was for a 2012 CR-V. Since they did not have the color (urban titanium/beige interior) which I wanted in stock, I asked if the incentive offer would be good for the vehicle for which they did not have in stock. It turned out, they were willing to offer me the same deal, and, they will 'swap' models in order for me to obtain my color and trim level. Since this would take about 2 days, I asked about the one with a white diamond pearl/beige interior, and they were more than willing to take it outside of the warehouse for me for a test drive. After more contemplation, I decided to stick with my original desired color. The salesman drove about 100 miles to swap the two cars. Through all this, the sales staff was very kind and professional, and even included an add-on at no extra charge. Even the finance manager was very courteous, and we reached a great deal at a fraction of the time and energy I would spend negotiating at other dealerships in the area. Although I had 100 more miles on my odometer to get the car I wanted, the service was exceptional and I highly recommend anyone to visit here first. More

I was having issues with the gas mileage on my newly purchased SUV and I went into DCH Honda hoping that there was a way to get out of my current loan and into a better car for me and my family. Joe was patient and understanding. He listened to me, understood my situation, and helped work out a deal that got me into the perfect, little, fuel-efficient car for me. Thank you Joe Liscandri for all your help. Thank you for your honesty, your straight-forwardness, and how easy you made the car-buying process...oh...and of course the 4 new tires and new brakes.
