When it came time for me to buy a new car, I was pretty skeptical. As a young, first-time car buyer I was worried I would get taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of the whole "car-buying" experi skeptical. So, I brought my dad along with me and decided to go to DCH Academy Honda. As soon as we walked through the door, all my worries were gone. After being greeted by the receptionist my father and I began wandering around the sales floor. In a matter of seconds we were kindly greeted by Michael. He asked what I was interested in and we immediately walked out onto the lot and started looking at 2009 Civic's. I was specifically looking for a black or dark blue coupe, both of which he didn't have on the lot but assured me that he would be able to get it for me. With that said, we went inside and started talking numbers. When we sat down, Mike asked me how much I was looking to spend and how much I was able to put down. Being a full-time college student and only working part-time, it wasn't much, but he gave his all to get my payments down to where I could afford it. My father had him running back and forth to his manager with different deals and possibilities, but Mike never gave off any bad vibes. He actually made my father and I laugh and my experience dealing with him was very, very enjoyable. I could say it was even 'fun'. He even brought me a cupcake that one of his co-workers had made and offered my dad a drink while we were waiting for the banks approval. Once the deal was made, not only was I ecstatic that I was able to get the car, but also amazed at what a great experience I had with Mike. I could tell that my satisfaction and what I wanted were his number one priority, and he tried his hardest to do what he could in order for me to go home with a new car. He never tried to push the sale on me and was very respectful. Even though it took a few days for everything to be finalized (I did end up needing a co-signer, so finding a time where my mom & I could both be there was a challenge) my experience at DCH Academy Honda was wonderful. I will reccomend & purchase from Mike again without any hesitation. More

Khalil is the only saleman that I'm comfortable with. I have purchased numerous cars in the past and I have grown to hate car dealers. I visited DCH Academy Honda on the advice of a friend who had purchased a car there and had a good experience. I was looking to lease an Accord and this was the first dealer I visited. Khalil approached me and asked if he could help me and when I told him I would like to see an 09 Accord EX-L, he had one brought around and we were test driving the car in a matter of minutes. He was pleasant without being pushy and let me steer the conversation. When I told him I'd like to have a price quote, he offered to price the car for me under both options and let me decide which I would like unlike some dealers that try to pin you down to whether you are buying or leasing before quoting. Our negotiations were smooth and pleasant and he was accepting of my price research which allowed us to agree on a price and close a deal. Dmitri in the business office was just as pleasant and transparent about the available lease accessories and pricing and was accepting of my choices without trying to sell me on what I rejected. The paperwork went quickly. The other staff people in the showroom were likewise friendly and pleasant. All in all, this was a positive car-shopping experience and I would recommend DCH Academy Honda. More

I never felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. I was introduced to Khalil by the lady at the desk. I told him I was looking for a Honda Civic DX VP. Now, what sets Khalil apart from other sales representatives is his professionlism, hospitality, and service. He immediately got the keys to the car and we took it out for a test ride. I fell in love with the car. After we got back, I told him I liked the car and he offered me a competitive price which I could not turn down. From the time I saw the car to the time I got the keys, an hour passed. I was very pleased with the fast service and how comfortable Khalil made me feel during the entire process. After I got the keys, I was introduced to the business manager, Li Xinru. She was very friendly. I filled out some additional paperwork which took about half an hour. Then I was ready to drive home with my new car. If you are thinking about buying a honda, I highly recommend you go to this dealership and see Khalil. Let me start by saying originaly I went David Micheal Honda of Freehold {in August}... having previously purchased an '03 CRV. After all he wanted to keep me "in the family." Well it must be a disfunctional family cause I never heard a peep from them. So I moved on to DCH Academy Honda, best move I ever made. Went on their web site and within a day recieved responce from Lauren and we set up a day for me to come in, not so hard right? I showed up and met Audi at the customer service desk, super frendly and efficent, not so hard right? She called Lauren for me who took me to Elcris who would be my sales rep. Great guy, knows his stuff and pleasent, and within 45 min. we had the deal done. The car had to be orded and would take three or four weeks..no problem. Because of the wait they through in free wheel locks. All the time I was keep up to date via emails and phones calls from Lauren and Elcis, I mean how hard is this to do right? When it arrived I came in and the met with Lilly {the money girl} who is ALSO friendly and professional. Let me also mention Rich Garcia the sales manager who was a great guy. Bottom line... go here. Giving up $$$ is never a fun experiece but it should be as pleasent as possible. Highly recommened. More

Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the different models, not pushy in his sales pitch, and very professional. We're very tough and savvy negotiators and Michael was willing to work with us until we got the package we wanted.When we picked up the car it was in excellent condition, as we have had experiences in the past when the delivered car was dirty and we walked away from the deal. We also worked with Lily the finance manager and she was very friendly and cooperative. The manager, Ruben Arcila was also very pleasant to deal with and thanked us personnally for our business.
