Professional but deceptive. Quoted a price saying including all the taxes and fee, but have extra fees on the day of purchase. Would have bought with the fees anyway if disclosed, but this practice soured the whole deal. The feeling of being taken advantage of is sickening, wish I had walked out. Now I feel bad every time i think of this purchase and this place. All because of my incompetent too.☹️ That aside, they are professional and will help you get what you need, but you gotta know what you are doing. Hope this experience can help on your car buying journey. More
