I took my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid in for service on May 30, 2023, as my radio kept rebooting after the battery died for not being used for three days. I was advised that I might have to paid for a multipoint i 2023, as my radio kept rebooting after the battery died for not being used for three days. I was advised that I might have to paid for a multipoint inspection on my vehicle that I haven't even had for three years. Then I waited over three hours for them to update the system software and radio software. Then I was told that I would receive a report for services done on vehicle by text today is June 1, 2023, I have not received the report for services done on my vehicle. Also in the video that they sent to me of the multipoint inspection the tech stated I needed all four tires replaced they were in poor condition. I find that weird since 5,000 miles prior to this services my tires were check by there tech and they were all in good condition. Also I have been trying to each the services dept as my reverse yellow guide line do not appear anymore when I am reversing to a parking space. No one has gotten back to me. More

The agents went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. At a point when I was about to walk away, the agent brought up another idea which eventually, was the deal breaker. I purchased a 2022 Prius Prime back in November 2022. The car is fantastic. Still, I've taken my time to think this through; despite the car, the service provided by DCH was terrible. Jodie was "helping" me, but would often not return my emails and blame me or other co-workers for her issues. An example is telling me the incorrect date my car would arrive. A simple mistake but she could not take responsibility or offer any compensation for the money lost from myself and my mother taking off from work the intended date. This does not seem worth the ~5k additional costs the dealer charges from the MSRP. The second associate I worked with tried to take advantage of my mother's love for me when pitching us insurance. This is the primary reason I'm giving such a poor review. This showed a lack of morals and disrespect to my family in exchange for money. My takeaways are that I will be sticking with Toyota in the future, (their cars are good quality) but not with this dealership. Thanks. More
I drove an hour from New York to this dealership because of how highly it was recommended. All I can say is it was worth every mile. It's not that company is bad, but the employees that work there. This is exactly how I would describe dissatisfaction with the way DCH Brunswick Toyota service personnel conducted themselves. On 4/18/23 we there. This is exactly how I would describe dissatisfaction with the way DCH Brunswick Toyota service personnel conducted themselves. On 4/18/23 we brought CT200H for service. We asked for brake and coolant replacement and wheel rotation. Service advisor Kevin S. sent SMS report stating that left-side headlight was bad and there was an active oil leak in engine timing cover. Cost for repairing both amounted to $3K. We didn't approve repair because we wanted to get a second opinion. Also, we received a video from service tech, Marvin A. where he stated that he cleaned bottom of the car after an oil change and that all tires were 5/32. In fact we didn't request an oil change. This made us doubt that break and coolant liquids were changed. We took our car to an independent mechanic for inspection. Here are their findings: - 3 out of 4 tires are between 6-7/32", one has 5-6/32" thread depth - engine timing cover doesn't have any leaks, - all lightbulbs are good - engine right side splash guard is missing On 4/22 we sent an email to Kevin S. to get an explanation why unneeded repairs were needed and asked to return a splash guard. There was no response. If there ever is going to be any response, we expect our lost splashguard returned or provided a new one or check issued to buy a new one. In the conclusion, we think that both individuals named above are dishonest and unprofessional by attempting to take an advantage of their customer by suggesting unneeded repairs. By not returning a splashguard to an owner is a property theft. For now this dealership lost its two current customers. We will not service our cars there. Others who will read this review should think twice before taking their cars for a service to DCH Brunswick Toyota.. No wonder this dealership is on 11th place among all NJ Toyota dealerships. More

remember to ask about their dealer fees before making a purchase. It sucks when they did not informed about the dealer fees until u sign to buy. I had been to DCH Brunswick Toyota yesterday to look at a 2022 Highlander XLE AWD. I was immediately attended to by Semyon Chetrov. The car I had been to test drive was out but expected back shortly. As I was waiting, I asked Semyon if there were any 2023 Highlander XLE AWD available which I could test drive. There were a couple of Highlander XLE AWDs available and I took one for a test drive. I really liked the car. Semyon said that since I had to wait for the car I had come to test drive, they would offer me a good price on the new car if I was interested in purchasing it. I worked with Semyon and Hung Lee and within a couple of hours (which included the test drive as well), we had reached an agreement on the final price and I was on my way back home. I picked up the car today and am very pleased with it. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the fast, professional service which Semyon and Hung Lee provided - unlike the usual let me check with my manager again, etc. In the future, I will always start my car search with DCH Brunswick Toyota and recommend it to my friends as well. More
