The down payment was more than I expected and the payment is higher than I should have accepted. Ironically, the people and the vehicle clouded my judgment. I left my garage door opener in the rental car and when I realized that the following day (a Saturday no less), I called her and she was there and assured me she would get me the device and had it ready when I arrived. Went to the customer lounge for an amazing Cafe Latte and was then escorted home by Phil, their I was greeted by Brittanye and she wrote up my order. Brittanye kept in touch with me over the next couple of days letting me know the status of the truck, the cost to repair and estimated time it would be done. She was super at keeping me in the loop. On the day I picked it up, she helped me right away, paid my bill, got another wonderful cafe latte and was on my way. Really happy and I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. More
