After mentioning to Eric that we were looking for a late model pickup truck, Eric advised us about which models would be best for our needs. He suggested we look at some Toyotas and to my surprise, GMs. After discussing some features and costs, we settled on the perfect model for us, a 2016 Tacoma. It only took a few minutes to strike a fair deal. Eric is affable, honest, up front and extremely knowledgable about the auto business. We enjoyed spending time just chatting with him while the Truck was readied. He is friendly and has a genuine desire to help his customers. I am a retired old man. I have purchased many new cars over my driving lifetime. Only one other time did I drive away in a new car feeling happy and relaxed. Joseph Cerillo was the salesman who eased my wife and I through what is usually a stressed filled adventure. He was very friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured or that I was getting a "fast one" pulled on me. All of the people that I came in contact with at this dealership were friendly and courteous. I would have no reservations recommending this dealership and Joseph Cerillo to anyone looking for vehicle. I plan to be a return customer if there is a next time that I buy a new car. More

Surprisingly painless! Diane Shain from the internet group called me literally within 5 min of an Internet quiry and emailed great pricing at same time. When we got to the dealership, she handed us off to Anne Kaplan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. (When was the last time you called a car salesperson a pleasure?). We decided to lease and we had done some pretty extensive homework and Anne and her sales managers respected that and did not play around. We left with a Camry and a great lease deal. More

Deceitful & dishonest The only reason I bought here is they had the car with the features I wanted. After I found out it had some paintwork done, this was not disclosed. Also there was large amounts of roof staining from trees. Shift knob was missing, I was given a generic knob, only to find out later the Limited was issued a leather knob. Naturally this was not supplied. Sales rep was very new. Had to find a sales rep on my own, all were too busy on tablets & phones to acknowledge me. Found the F & I representative to be highly suspect, even went as far to steer me to a different bank for financing, telling me the bank kicked them back 100.00 !! More
