I have to say that Michelle from the internet department made the ease of buying a vehicle such a hassle free experience! She was so quick to respond with all my questions and guided me through the process with ease. The showroom was nice and the salesmen were very friendly. Stress Free, Great Deal, Wonderful Staff My Honda lease was up at the end of August. I had been shopping around trying to decide what to buy next. Checked out the Pilot, the Murano and the Hi My Honda lease was up at the end of August. I had been shopping around trying to decide what to buy next. Checked out the Pilot, the Murano and the Highlander. No deals on the Pilot, Murano was a bit overpriced. The Highlander was the best deal, the best shopping experience and I believe the best vehicle out of the three. It doesn't blow away the competition, but it does make it difficult to say NO especially with the price and the service provided by Ian. I have trouble putting my total faith into car sales people. Purchased 2 vehicle from Ian in the past - in fact it was on the same night - 2 Scions for 2 of my sons. I have returned since then a few times, neither one of those times did I purchase a vehicle at Toyota but I walked away with the feeling that I was receiving the best deal they could provide at that time and an honest deal. I made a great purchase with the Highlander and I would shop there again and easily recommend both the Store and Ian. More

We bought a 2013 RAV 4 Limited and they made it easy. We were helped by a young man named Marcus Clowney. He was great!! We could tell he was rather new to the sales end of the business but he was always helpful. We gave him a five star rating and here is why. My wife is Chinese and though she does speak English there was so much she did not understand about the process. Marcus was always calm and patient when talking with my wife and even though he had to explain something to her 5 times a smile never left his face. He was understanding of the situation and very professional. Marcus was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and he explained the differences between the models available to my wife and I . When we finally made the decision to buy the 2013 RAV4 Limited he made the final process easy for us. We also dealt with the Sales Manager named Matthew Mongiello he was fantastic also !! We believe we received a very fair deal and tremendous service from everyone we met at Freehold Toyota. I have mentioned your dealership to a friend who may be looking for a new car soon and I will mention it to anyone in the future. I will for sure refer them to Marcus Clowney . Thanks again!! More

However, they were able to get me financing no problem and with decent rate. On pickup, there was slightly less than full tank of gas (I didnt even notice). Sales rep offerred full tank of gas for free when I came back for plates even though my tank was almost empty. I'd go back again. More
