They have dealt with Ian for their 3 Toyota vehicles and they had nothing but excellent things to say about him. So, I was confident that when I was ready to purchase a Toyota vehicle, I would receive nothing but excellent service. And I did.. He took his time explaining everything, especially since I have never before considered nor bought a CPO vehicle. He was patient and gave us the time to really think about our options between a new or CPO considering it was a very busy Saturday and was approaching closing time. He was not pushy but was honest and understood what was important to us. In the end, the CPO 2013 Sienna Limited was the right vehicle for us and our growing family. I would also have to mention that Paul Leahy also provided us excellent service as well. He made the financing portion seamless, painless, and helped us tremendously with all the other options. He not only accommodated us with a smile and friendly attitude but also tried to make my crying 2 year old daughter feel comfortable since she taught she was at the doctor's office when it was time for us to talk to Paul. I bought my 2014 Highlander from him and I love it. Howard is easy to work with and is a trust worthy man of his word. The dealership has been very accommodating with my service needs as well and having a Toyota is a great experience since my service needs are few because Toyota makes a great car. I just said goodbye to my 2000 Avalon which had 197000 miles on it and was still running but I thought it was time for a new car! Dimitri was also helpful and full of good ideas. Tom in finance was also very accommodating. Thanks guys. I’ll be back in a month for my license plate and registration. Get me some hot chocolate and a bagel while I’m waiting! More
