When the vehicle was delivered to my residence, it had some major scratches. I called the manager and he insisted the scratches were already there. He also implied that the scratches were made by me. I was very displeased and almost returned the vehicle for a refund. Reluctantly, the manager agreed to fix up the scratches. I was glad that he was willing to touchup the car, but I was displeased with how the sales transaction was handled. If you buy a vehicle from this dealer, don't ask them to deliver the car. More
