Stress free buying experience!!! Bought a 2016 4Runner Trail Premium. Drove 3hours (170 miles one way) just to get to this dealership, they are the only 1 that have a magnetic gray (L Bought a 2016 4Runner Trail Premium. Drove 3hours (170 miles one way) just to get to this dealership, they are the only 1 that have a magnetic gray (Love it!) on a 500 mile radius (from my home) at this trim level. When I got there, Wanda Malave greeted me as soon as I stepped out the car. I told her I am very thirsty and Immediately got me a cup of water (Oh Yeah generous!). I told her I have only very limited time to spend there, so She didn't waste any time and showed me the actual unit right away (that's the way it should be). I did my usual check and walk around the car and told her to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the music (SiriusXM BPM on a high rated volume LOL). I told her I am familiar with majority of the features as I work as a mechanic in a dealership and she understands that right away. She is the best sales adviser I had ever dealt with, she is not pushy (in fact she is very kind, polite, extremely cool, and quite.) and definitely not aggressive compared to other dealership sales (I had an encounter with another toyota dealer and they told me you should get the limited its fully loaded blah blah blah blah blah... Guess what I don't want a limited as it doesn't come with crawl control or a locking rear differential. LOL). Anyway We worked out a deal and they gave me a price I cannot refuse. So here I am another completely satisfied customer saying a big "Thank you" to DCH Freehold Toyota and Wanda Malave for a stress free buying experience! More
