I started by searching on the internet last Saturday afternoon for a nearby dealer for a possible car. I found a couple of them online, and called about one in particular. that was at DHC....I had a warm greeting on the phone, and very courteous service. Shortly after, I received a call back from the Internet Manager, Michelle Weber, who was also very welcoming and informative about the car, and what the next steps would be to purchase it. This was my first time ever to buy a car with the assistance of a car loan, so, I needed a lot of patience and information about it. Michelle couldn't have been kinder, and, with her guidance and attentiveness, she was able to facilitate everything so quickly, that we were able to pick up the car on Monday.! Of course, she couldn't know what challenges we were dealing with personally, but, with 2 girls in college at the same time, and, after sending 3 older children to their college degrees before that, I was so worried that any car, let alone my favorite Sienna would just be out of reach. Thank you so much to the team at the dealership for making our experience so pleasant and efficient, and with so much respect and sensitivity! We will always remember this! More

They beat three other dealerships in the lease price by more than a few dollars. My sales person was very friendly and both departments returned phone calls timely. I would be causes with the finance department. I found them kind of rude and not truthful. I was told that GAP insurance was not offered outside of Toyota, which I subsequently found out is not true. GAP is offered by some major insurance companies and by independant companies. I found one one third the cost of Toyota. It's a money making program of Toyota, but the finance department should not mislead their customers. More
