All staffs are very nice. Mr. Gunther Wu and Mr. Dmitri Sokolov are especially give us a lot of help each time when we be there. What I like is that they never push us to make purchase decision, they answer our questions, provide car information, and give us time to think and compare. Most other dealer companies are trying to push us and when they know we haven't made decision yet, they turned snobby, and the attitude makes us very uncomfortable. There is no too much price negotiation on a brand new car in a big dealership, I think, they have their own bottom lines. But I am very satisfied with the nice and easy communications during the whole purchasing process with Mr. Wu and Mr. Sokolov. They never makes me feel like they are businessmen and trying to persuade us to accept something we are still in wandering. On the contrary, they are more helping on providing clear information on the cars, give us convenient to see cars, technical advice and processing terms. After selling, the DCH Freehold Toyota service people are very easy to reach and schedule appointment to make optional installation. In general, I am glade with this purchase experience. Thank you. As long as it takes to answer every question and address every concern of each customer or prospective customer that enters the showroom. An experienced consumer with an expendable budget may take only an hour or two. However, another consumer may require more time to see that specific needs are met. If u know what you want and the car is there, then I would expect to spend up to 2 hours. For an inexperienced customer, or someone unsure of what they want, the process can take more time, three hours or more. Hey, this is not like buying a new pair of shoes, at least not for most. It is in the customer's best interest to take his /her time to make sure that every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. More
