And, just like the last time, she was great to work with. At the dealership, I also worked with Ryan Santos to assess my trade-in and to fine tune the remaining details. He also was terrific to work with. I was very specific on the options that I wanted the new vehicle to have and both Michelle and Ryan were ambitious in getting me exactly the one that I wanted. They didn't try to convince me otherwise which I appreciated. One was ultimately ordered from the factory. Michelle touched base with me frequently with timely updates as to the vehicle's progress. It was well worth the wait! Ryan was able to negotiate a very fair price for my trade-in and for the new vehicle. I NEVER felt that I was being scammed at any point in the process. It was fair and honest every step of the way. They made every effort to minimize my wait time in and away from the dealership which they clearly succeeded at doing. I highly recommend Michelle and Ryan. More

Good deal and good experience I had a TrueCar price for the vehicle that I needed. I called the dealership and they said that they would match TrueCar price. The person on the phon I had a TrueCar price for the vehicle that I needed. I called the dealership and they said that they would match TrueCar price. The person on the phone also sent me a price quote for the exact vehicle that I was looking for and then walked me through the price quote to help me understand how it could be reconciled/matched with the TrueCar price quote (taking into account various rebates etc.). With the email print out of the dealership's quote in hand, I walked into the dealership around 7:15 PM on a Thursday afternoon. I showed the sales person the email and he acknowledged that he can honor the price shown on the email (from the same dealership). We went out to an off-site car lot where the car that I wished to buy was parked (it was about 15 minutes drive). I drove the car back to the dealership while at the same time taking a test drive. We did the necessary paper work at the sales person's desk who ran a credit check on my name and told me that it looked good. I filled out all the financial papers with his help (Toyota financing). Since I was getting 0% financing offer, one of the managers looking at the deal advised me to put no money down since my credit score was high enough to allow me to finance the car 100% without any down payment. This sounded like good advice (because of 0% financing offer) so I went with it. The sales person called my auto insurance and added the new car on my auto policy. Once my paper work was all in order, I went into a manager's office who offered several additional insurance/maintenance packages. His presentation took some time but he allowed me to ask many questions - in the end, I chose to decline the additional insurance/maintenance packages. It was already past 9 PM and the dealership was closed. With everything done and taken care of, the sales person took me out to the new car which had been prep'ed for delivery. He walked me through the main features of the vehicle and offered to pair my cell phone to the vehicle using bluetooth. End to end, I believe it took me 2 hours at the dealership. The best part was I got the exact car I wanted for the dealership's quoted internet price (which was either exactly the same or slightly better than TrueCar price) without any need for price negotiation at the dealership! More

She told me what they had in stock, and said they could get me into a car for the same amount I was paying. She then put me in touch with Joe Castoria, who reached out and set up an appointment for the next morning. I told him I would have an issue getting over to the dealership, and he told me they would send someone to pick me up. The next morning, after speaking to Joe, he showed up at my door in one of the two cars I was interested in. We went back to the dealership, and after running my credit, which was worse than I thought because of an ongoing home refinance, we worked out a deal, and I drove off in my new Camry, at the price I wanted. The people there were nice, engaging, and were honest in their dealings (which can be hard to find). A huge plus is that they were easily accessible by phone and were prompt in answering questions. My goal was to find a great customer friendly dealership and this was it! More

The appointment w My lease on a Highlander 2011 was coming due and I made an appointment at Freehold Honda (local dealer) from whom I leased this car. The appointment was made knowing I had an Internet price (TRUE Car) for a RAV4. After a long wait for a sales person to attend to us, we soon realized that a RAV4 would not fit our needs of two adults and child seat in the rear. The sales person said that the Highlander would be the car to go with but it would be over $600 monthly. Coming off a $468 month lease I told him we were not interested in that price point. He said that there was no lower price available and perhaps we should try a different make.model and provided some examples. Based upon the time for someone to come to work with us and that person's attitude and unwillingness to help us find the price point we were comfortable with, I would never recommend nor use this dealership for Sales. Throughout the 3 years of our lease the Service Department has been superior and will consider using them for the Highlander XLE we ended getting from Galaxy Toyota. More
