The sale process was easy to understand; the test drive and navigation of the instruments panel was at first intimidating, but as I got along, it became so easy. I was able to drive my new Toyota Prius immediately as soon as I got home and ran errands that day and the following day!!! Ian definitely is an asset in your company. I highly recommend him to anybody who wants to buy any Toyota product. Dimitri was true to his promise to have the mats and the door edge guards installed by the Service Dept. It was done in less than 45 minutes. Good work, service people. More

I have been to many other places and worked with many other mechanics before, but each one with another headache and another story of aggravation. Not here. My case was handed over to Mat Morano bc the first fellow went on vacation. Mat took over not only the customer service part, but he saw the job through to the end - and had his workers on the case together with insurance reps and calls, over a span of a week - never tiring from doing his job right. Each time he called me - or I called him - for an update (I called frequently throughout the long week) he was the same kind, the same patient, the same helpful, and the same proactive to contact people and oversee the case as if it were his own car. I told all my friends and relatives about the amazing experience I had at this place with Mat Morano , and how he literally provided the BEST CARE AND ATTENTION TO THE CAR'S ISSUES AND TO THE CUSTOMER - so much so - that he made my week without my car as pleasant as he can, keeping me updated, giving me a loaner car, taking the time and the patience to contact and oversee all insurance parties, all parts and labor and all evaluations - I got my car back a week later - fixed, clean and a pleasure to pick it up and drop it off (he stayed late while I was rushing to get there from NY bc I won't go to any other place - not even in NY - only here). Ian was also kind enough to evaluate our 2001 Toyata Camry. Despite our disappointment of the results, we deeply appricate that he goes out of his way to give us that information. We gave a 4 on Price since at the end, the dealership tried to push maitenance contract to us. We eventually cancelled it. No harm done. More

And, just like the last time, she was great to work with. At the dealership, I also worked with Ryan Santos to assess my trade-in and to fine tune the remaining details. He also was terrific to work with. I was very specific on the options that I wanted the new vehicle to have and both Michelle and Ryan were ambitious in getting me exactly the one that I wanted. They didn't try to convince me otherwise which I appreciated. One was ultimately ordered from the factory. Michelle touched base with me frequently with timely updates as to the vehicle's progress. It was well worth the wait! Ryan was able to negotiate a very fair price for my trade-in and for the new vehicle. I NEVER felt that I was being scammed at any point in the process. It was fair and honest every step of the way. They made every effort to minimize my wait time in and away from the dealership which they clearly succeeded at doing. Good deal and good experience I had a TrueCar price for the vehicle that I needed. I called the dealership and they said that they would match TrueCar price. The person on the phon I had a TrueCar price for the vehicle that I needed. I called the dealership and they said that they would match TrueCar price. The person on the phone also sent me a price quote for the exact vehicle that I was looking for and then walked me through the price quote to help me understand how it could be reconciled/matched with the TrueCar price quote (taking into account various rebates etc.). With the email print out of the dealership's quote in hand, I walked into the dealership around 7:15 PM on a Thursday afternoon. I showed the sales person the email and he acknowledged that he can honor the price shown on the email (from the same dealership). We went out to an off-site car lot where the car that I wished to buy was parked (it was about 15 minutes drive). I drove the car back to the dealership while at the same time taking a test drive. We did the necessary paper work at the sales person's desk who ran a credit check on my name and told me that it looked good. I filled out all the financial papers with his help (Toyota financing). Since I was getting 0% financing offer, one of the managers looking at the deal advised me to put no money down since my credit score was high enough to allow me to finance the car 100% without any down payment. This sounded like good advice (because of 0% financing offer) so I went with it. The sales person called my auto insurance and added the new car on my auto policy. Once my paper work was all in order, I went into a manager's office who offered several additional insurance/maintenance packages. His presentation took some time but he allowed me to ask many questions - in the end, I chose to decline the additional insurance/maintenance packages. It was already past 9 PM and the dealership was closed. With everything done and taken care of, the sales person took me out to the new car which had been prep'ed for delivery. He walked me through the main features of the vehicle and offered to pair my cell phone to the vehicle using bluetooth. End to end, I believe it took me 2 hours at the dealership. The best part was I got the exact car I wanted for the dealership's quoted internet price (which was either exactly the same or slightly better than TrueCar price) without any need for price negotiation at the dealership! More
