We agreed on a price and I was sold. Despite being off on Sundays and Tuesdays, I was able to get the truck exactly one week later. Steve was very approachable and taught us an essential lesson about cars and insurance (even though I believe he is not required to teach us about things other than car sales). Gunther, my sales representative, was very patient, professional, and taught me a lot about cars (I started off this car search knowing the bare minimum about cars and about the whole car buying process). I love the fact that he showed compassion to help his customers (aka, my parents and I) and I felt as though he genuinely cared, instead of mainly focusing on making a profit. I also interacted with Sal, who processed finances. Sal was very nice, patient, and thoroughly explained the insurance policy, which allowed us to make a well-informed decision. Ultimately with Gunther's guidance, along with the staff members that I had interacted with at DCH Freehold, I was able to drive off the lot confidently with my new used car. More

Due to my previous background in the auto industry, I am extremely cautious when doing any deal at a dealer. IAN was able to exceed my expectations. I was able to present a fair deal (and yes, dealers are entitled to make some money) and IAN got it done with minimal negotiation time. He sent me periodic updates on my car while in production to delivery. He was proactive in getting info ahead of time to ensure we had a smooth delivery as it was a surprise to my wife. Only other advice I can offer is make sure you tell IAN to use the "nice manager" to finalize your deal. He will know what your talking about... :-) More
