Great dealership!!!!! I have worked with Michelle for many years and she always has gone above and beyond to do anything she could to accommodate me. She is extremely custo I have worked with Michelle for many years and she always has gone above and beyond to do anything she could to accommodate me. She is extremely customer oriented and will take as much time as you need to provide all the information you need on a vehicle. She is 100% transparent with her pricing and the process....no games at all. At the end I ended up going with a higher end Lexus but this had nothing to do with the pricing or customer service offered by both Ian and Michelle. Ian is an extremely knowledgeable sales consultant who assisted me when I visited the dealership to test drive vehicles. He explained patiently all the specifics of the vehicle and also went above and behind with responding to every question I had....and I had a lot. I will absolutely recommend both Ian, Michelle and DCH to all friends and family who are in he market for a Toyota and will be back when I am looking again. Thanks a lot for the great customer service. More
Friendly and accommodating I was greeted in a friendly manner and the courtesy never stopped. The truck was already priced reasonably but still out of my price range. Best experience at a dealership My mother and I went to DCH Freehold Toyota on March 31, 2014 to purchase a new 2014 Toyota Corolla S. When we went inside we were met with Ron Agosto My mother and I went to DCH Freehold Toyota on March 31, 2014 to purchase a new 2014 Toyota Corolla S. When we went inside we were met with Ron Agosto who introduced himself and took us to his office. We discussed the Toyota Corolla we wanted which was coming to Freehold from the North Brunswick dealership. Ron was very engaging, very friendly, funny and welcoming. We went out for a test drive and Ron explained everything about the car. During the test drive we started a conversation and it was in all honesty the best test drive I ever had in any car at any dealership. We went back to the dealership to discuss the price quote we were given and financing options. We were afraid that because of credit issues, we wouldn't be approved or interest would be too high. However, Ron and Steve did their absolute best to get us approved and even talked to Toyota on our behalf to get us approved and get us a good rate and price. Steve Yap was also an incredibly nice and very helpful sales manager. Thankfully, we got approved after an hour of waiting for Toyota Financial to get back to us. This was the happiest moment, because we have been to a plethora of dealerships and not a single dealership did this much effort to get us approved. Usually as soon as they saw our credit they would say "get a cosigner" or my favorite "we can't help you stop wasting our time." Yes, a dealership really told us that! During the wait for our approval, Ron was working out a deal with us, which made us feel really good because he was confident that we are going to get approved and gave us comfort in that. We finally decided on leasing the car after Ron convinced my mom that it is the best option for us, which surprisingly my mom agreed to even though other dealerships told her similar things, yet Ron was able to convince her. I believe my mom was convinced and agreed because Ron was simply being honest and genuine. When we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed, Ron was engaging us in stories and telling us about himself and being more of a friend than someone who is selling us something. We really never felt that before at any dealerships, from BMW to Mazda. Finally, we went to sign and complete the paperwork and met up with Paul, who is by far, the best financial manager we have ever met with and had the pleasure of working with. He didn't try to sell us anything extra, didn't pressure us, and even told us about himself and was sharing stories with us and made us feel even more comfortable and exceedingly joyous for having decided to come to this dealership. From the beginning, since we opened the doors to DCH Freehold Toyota, we felt a sense of comfort and confidence that things are going to work out. When we met up with Ron, that was reassured, and when we met with Steve, we felt that our case was in good hands. Finally, when we met with Paul Leahy, we knew that we did business with amazing people at an incredible dealership. From the impeccable customer service, to the sense of friendship and honesty and genuineness, to the comfortable atmosphere and warm welcomes, this dealership is simply by far the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in, and the people we worked with, Ron, Steve, and Paul, are the best team of people we ever had the pleasure of purchasing anything with. In the end, I do not regret spending close to 7 hours there and would do it again with the same people, and I look forward to coming in again in 3 years after our lease ends to work with these guys again. Here's hoping they'll still be there and didn't quit because of us! My salesman was Ian Salon and I could've have been more pleased with his assistance. I've dealt with plenty of car salesman that have been pushy and just trying to get me in a vehcile at all costs. Ian patiently took the time to address all of my questions, issues and concerns. I went in with a tentative deal from another dealership that I wasn't happy with. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ian and the staff at DCH Toyota for getting me a deal I was happy with and for all of your help. See you in three years! More

Ian was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very efficient and quick in handling all the paperwork.
