When I went to the dealership without an appointment, Jeff was not available, so I was helped by Chris Simmons. He was low key, listened to my wants and budget and showed me what was available. I chose a 2009 tan camry and went home to show my husband the figures. We decided to go ahead with the purchase, but when I called the next day, the car was gone. Chris promised that there would be another car to satisfy my needs. The next day my husband and I met Ian who took us on the lot and showed us comparable cars.(chris was on vacation). We are now the proud owners of a 2011 silver camry which was almost the same price as the car we lost! The entire team was patient, low key, polite, and personable. More

I went in for service on my 2010 Highlander, I told John Scott the service advisor that my power window was going down very slowly. I needed an oil changed and tire rotation as well. I was there for almost 4 hours waiting for the diagnosis. Because I was waiting so long for the car I went to pay for the oil change and was told there was no charge. I said this was not necessary I knew it would be a long wait I came back when the part was in and again had a 2 hour wait. I always go to this dealer for service on the cars and always have a positive experience. We purchased two cars through Freehold Toyota because they always made the car buying a no hassle approach. Have been to other dealers with different cars and this is the first time that we are happy with the service we are getting. The people are honest and will not make you do work that is not needed.
