Jennifer is very pleasant to work with. She quickly made an appointment at my convenience to have my Tacoma serviced. She had all my paperwork ready when I got to the dealership and she asked if there was an appointment at my convenience to have my Tacoma serviced. She had all my paperwork ready when I got to the dealership and she asked if there was anything I was having trouble with. She notified me while my Tacoma was being serviced of a potential problem and we agreed on a solution. She notified me as to the approximate time my vehicle would be ready and indeed it was ready. She is always polite and helpful and I schedule the servicing of my Tacoma on a day that Jen is in the office. I trust her to take care of my vehicle and make it easy for me to work with Freehold Toyota. Please thank her for me. More

I drove 100 miles to go look a 20011 sienna, we agreed on a price but it was close to closing time, the next day 11/21/13 sales guy calls me asking for some extra paperwork for the financing. I sent all doc a price but it was close to closing time, the next day 11/21/13 sales guy calls me asking for some extra paperwork for the financing. I sent all documents and an hour later i get another message saying toyota financing did not approve my application, so I call the sales guy and tell him ok so I will do a cash deal and pick up the car today, left that msg at noon. I did not hear from anyone until I called again and found out they sold the car to someone else!!! what kind of way of doing business is this?? they agreed on a deal, I told them I was bringing cash, and they go ahead and sell the car to somebody else!!!! I could not believe it, the only logical explanation that I can come up with is that my money is not good there. and this is why I give a bad review. Waist of time. More

Ron was very pleasant, patient and worked hard to please us and with the help of Steve Yap gave us the price we negotiated with them.. I could see that they were all working hard to accommodate us. Two days ago we had been to another dealership in south Jersey but the experience was not so pleasant. Both my wife & I felt connected with this team at DCH Freehold. We wanted to have a Remote Starter installed so they brought in Dmitri Sokolov to give us details and price. Dmitri not only accommodated in price but also on schedule and got it done by next day and thus we were able to pick our new car next day Ron gave a complete walk through on the car taking time too show us each and every gadget, seat operation, doors and the screen of the information center etc. Ron is very funny and pleasant and we really like him very much. At the Finance we met Sal Loretta and Justin Reibshield who went over the extended warranty and the Zero Down & Zero % Financing that Toyota was offering. They sold us the extended 100,000 / 8 years converge, Gap insurance and Road hazard on tires for a reasonable additional amount. We hope that this would come handy in case Toyota product did not prove to last . We think DCH Freehold has very good team we met. This we believe is no accident and must be due to the upper management and the owners/ Board members who selected/ hired such good people and directed them to do such good work. More
I came in looking for a half decent used car in the ~10k range, and ended up driving off the lot with an excellent '09 Camry for a reasonable price of 12,700, and even managed to pick up an extended warrant range, and ended up driving off the lot with an excellent '09 Camry for a reasonable price of 12,700, and even managed to pick up an extended warranty at a heavily discounted price. I am very satisfied with the quality of the car I got for the price, glad that Dan introduced me to the car, and thankful to Paul for marking down the warranty plan as he did. More

I had a great experience here buying my first car. My parents have been customers here for about 20 years and I see why they keep coming back. Andrea performed her job excellently - she was able to locate the Sequoia quickly after i expressed an interest in purchasing one.She provided an upfront quote on purchase price and no gimmicks etc. The one point that i would make is that Gunther Wu & Andrea Nieves are true professionals and put their clients needs first; - and not just try and put a sale of a vehicle for the dealerships monthly sales goals on the sales books. Paul Leahy is the finance manager i dealt with. he was professional , courteous and took the time to explain my options that were available to me without being pushy. When I went to the dealership without an appointment, Jeff was not available, so I was helped by Chris Simmons. He was low key, listened to my wants and budget and showed me what was available. I chose a 2009 tan camry and went home to show my husband the figures. We decided to go ahead with the purchase, but when I called the next day, the car was gone. Chris promised that there would be another car to satisfy my needs. The next day my husband and I met Ian who took us on the lot and showed us comparable cars.(chris was on vacation). We are now the proud owners of a 2011 silver camry which was almost the same price as the car we lost! The entire team was patient, low key, polite, and personable. More
