This is the 2nd time we have dealt with DCH Freehold Toyota. The 1st time, we purchased a new 2006 Camri XLE and were happy with the experience. It has 136K miles on it now and runs as good as day1. This time Diane Shain walked me though the leasing process over the internet. She did the deal and when I went to the dealership she turned me over to Meir. Meir showed me the Tundra I would soon possess and wrote up the lease document. Rob, the finance Mgr finalized the deal and now I am a proud renter of a beautiful black 2013 Tundra with the option to buy in 3 years. As I said, there is no point in buying a Toyota anywhere else than DCH. More

The first time I came to this dealership, I realized the atmosphere is totally different. Why? Staff would look at you and then ask: Can I help you? Obviously, there is some sense of desire to assist me a atmosphere is totally different. Why? Staff would look at you and then ask: Can I help you? Obviously, there is some sense of desire to assist me and yet there is no pressure. The appraisal department has been extremely helpful. My sales consultant is excellent. From the moment I walked inside I felt relaxed, wasn't really pressured into anything. It was a pleasure doing business with ian.he was very knowledgable about the rav and explained all the technical details and options.Ian was able to locate the one we wanted within two days ,what impress knowledgable about the rav and explained all the technical details and options.Ian was able to locate the one we wanted within two days ,what impressed me the most was that he called me on his day off to give me the details of the delivery for the next day. Dmitri did the delivery and he too was very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with,he showed and explained everything about the new rav and also answered our questions and concerns.It was a pleasure dealing with freehold toyota and highly recommend this dealership. Best and easiest experience I ever had. Every DCH Dealer I have ever going to I have nothing but high praise for. My experience at Freehold toyota was great. I was there 12 years ago when I bought my first Rav 4 and I was there on the june 29 to buy my new Rav 4. Keep being honest! Thanks to Diane for her honesty with me over the phone!! A good car dealer in todays market understands that the consumer is amply informed and that information is transparent, the 80s me over the phone!!
