I had a good experience with DCH Freehold overall. I came in from a vacation on Cape May because they had a car that seemed to be a good fit for my budget and checklist. My salesperson, Bahrat Shah, was came in from a vacation on Cape May because they had a car that seemed to be a good fit for my budget and checklist. My salesperson, Bahrat Shah, was extremely polite and helpful and did not pressure me or give me the usual lines. They didn't budge much on price, but I think I got a pretty good deal compared to the national listings (and definitely much better than what is available in my home area). They were able to process my out of state tax and registration, and the car was exactly as described. I'm very pleased with my purchase and recommend DCH Toyota. The only negative is that they have a 350 "processing fee," basically guaranteed profit, that is on the high end among Toyota dealers, and I was unable to move them more than 50 dollars off of it. More

This transaction was a lease return. I was turning in a 2010 Corolla that was leased from another dealership in NJ. The price was right. I was late last night picking up the new car due to work last night, but their team was there waited for me. All paperwork was ready to sign when I got there, and I was in and out with no hassle.
