My husband and I have been dealing with DCH freehold for 18 years. We have purchased 4 vehicles from you. When it came time to give my '97 4 Runner to my nephew, there was no question as to where we were go 18 years. We have purchased 4 vehicles from you. When it came time to give my '97 4 Runner to my nephew, there was no question as to where we were going to by my new car. We met Gunther in the car lot and we hit it off right away. He was friendly but not pushy. Nobody likes a pushy car salesman. As I have been in retail for 26 years, we understood each other. There were specifics that I wanted in my new car and I was informed there weren't any available at the moment. Gunther checked his computer and found one that wasn't built yet and, he could order it with all the things I wanted in it. Jackpot! Was told I would have to wait till the beginning of June to get it. That was fine. It came in 2 weeks early! Jackpot #2! I was thrilled, my nephew was thrilled and I have already given Gunthers card to a friend. She wants to trade in her Camry for an Avalon like mine. Hopefully she will. Gunther made our car shopping experience a pleasure. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful. Thank you all. More

This is the third time I trade cars at DCH Freehold Toyota. I got my first financed car with them when I arrived in America little credit. The atmosphere is always very good and positive. Chris, the sales consultant, he never rushed or pushed me. He promptly had all the information about the cars and showed additional data to compare options which made easier to chose one vehicle. When it came to the negotiation they put on the table all the information and options that were available, which really helped. Chris worked with Darryl to offer a deal that I could not refuse, again. After all was said and done Paul, the finance manager, explained everyhting very clearly and open, just like he did the other times. He said he was going to ensure that I received the best finance condition and he showed to me that he did. With his explanations I was able to choose exactly what I needed. All the times I went there I left with a newer car and most important, the feeling that I did a very good deal. They truly value a returnig customer and they did everything to make possible for me to acquire what I wanted (not like other dealers that will push anything). I never had any problems with the cars I bought there. I found out about this dealer from a friend that only buys with them and I also recommend them to everyone. Those guys are honestly at a different level compared to other dealers I've been. More

We drove an hour to Freehold NJ trying to justify the long trip but we did not regret it. Michelle, Eric and Justin were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Called Michelle and she set us up with E long trip but we did not regret it. Michelle, Eric and Justin were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Called Michelle and she set us up with Eric Krentzman, and Justin got us financed by Toyota Financial and we got the car we liked, a Lexus LX470. We did not meet the Manager but he lowered the price for us that made us feel the car is really for us. Did not expect to take the car home that day but they all made it happen. Eric's honesty sold us the car without him even trying. He accommodated all my requests and answered all my questions that convinced me and my wife that the car is in very good shape. Our thanks too to the previous owner for taking care of the car very well for us. Great experience, great team and great burgers too. We will buy our next car at Freehold DCH Toyota again without hesitation. Loved the car and more importantly, God is good. Thank you Michelle, Eric, Justin and your whole team. More

On Saturday may 11 2013 i called and talk to nancy at toyota dealer ship and inquiore for the honda odessy van and she made an oppintment and said yes we have the vehical come in at 4 PM so i drove two toyota dealer ship and inquiore for the honda odessy van and she made an oppintment and said yes we have the vehical come in at 4 PM so i drove two Hours and PAID TOLL to get from Clifton nj to Freehold NJ as i got there Chris He ask us what he can do so i told him i have an oppintment to see and drive the vehical he went and get the info and then said we just sold that vehical which i dont beleve he was telling the truth if you guys are in bussineass for good tell the truth in the first place i dont have to come to your dealer ship i think your sales people are not trust worthy and made a very bad impression. javid mian 201-217-3692 More
I came to DCH Toyota without an appointment, drove in, got out of my car and spoke to Mark Edman. An immediate smile greeted me...and I was put in the queue! I am so appreciative...he made a space for me even though there were many cars, many people, waiting for service. I did not know if there was, indeed, something wrong with one of my tires or that the weather last night was cold...and neither did Mark. Yet he made room for me.
