We had been shopping around quite a bit over the past week to find a safe, reliable and comfortable car for my aging and ail parents. All other dealers we encountered where the exact opposite of what Keith embodied. We immediately felt comfortable, and I in particular truly felt that I was leaving my parents in good caring hands. To top it off, this wonderful customer service did not stop with Keith. As we decided on the spot to buy the Toyota Camry LE, my parents needed to return today to complete the paperwork and pick up their new car. Everyone at the dealership embodied the same kindness and attentiveness as Keith. We are absolutely sold on Keith and his dealership, and would recommend them 200%!!! Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and greeted us, even if they were not part of the shopping experience. Of all the dealers I contacted via the internet to get the "internet price" or "e price" Tomm even if they were not part of the shopping experience. The other dealers all responded by telling me I needed to come into the dealership so they could better determine my needs or some even followed up a second time with all the benefits of doing business with them (but still didn't send prices). One dealership touts the ease of doing business via the internet, but they state on their website that you need to call to contact the internet department (?). But that's the other dealerships. I hate buying cars, but DCH made it very easy. I wanted a Prius, but wasn't sure if I wanted a leftover 2012, a plug-in, or a 2013. Meir Jefroimski was very patient and listened to what I was saying instead of telling me what I wanted. No pressure, no sales manager coming in to "bump me", just straight forward information and pricing. Purchased a 2013 Prius 4. Meir was very informed about the cars features, and worked with us to understand the Etune and radio/navigation screens. Meir took us through the service department, and stayed with us the whole time instead of just dumping us after the sale was completed. This was a great buying experience and Meir was a very knowledgeable and caring person, not just a salesperson. Love the car, the salesman, the dealership, and the experience. More

We had been contacted by Tommy Gordon regarding turning in our leased car early for a new one. We chose to do so and worked closely with both Brian and Tommy. Finally, Robert was super helpful in the actual processing of the finance paperwork. It was a pleasure working with him. He knows his stuff and has a great personalityto go with it. Total amount of time expended in the deal, over a 2 day period, was 4 about hours, including the signing of the papers. I rate this pretty good. The final result is we have leased a new 2013 Camry XLE for the next 3 years. More
