I do not like the car buying process. It is always lengthy, stressful and anxiety filled. My wife and I are previous customers and wanted to be loyal to this dealership if possible. Upon entering I was greeted by a very calm and professional sales person, Chris. I asked for our previous salesman but Chris informed me that he was not longer at the dealership. Disappointed but I stayed with Chris as he seemed very pleasant. Chris asked appropriate questions to determine my needs and timetable. During the entire visit, Chris made me feel at ease and did not pressure at all. He sold me by being informative and helpful. His background in service helped me feel confident in his knowledge. He gave me options and understood that I was not purchasing that day. I left with his card and a price sheet and I informed him I would return when ready. Taking some time to think about my visit and when speaking to my wife, we felt it was the right time to buy. I did research on-line and returned that evening to discuss a purchase with Chris. We picked out a car with the options I wanted and with my top end price in mind. He returned with a price sheet and the discount was a little more than what I saw on-line and what I was going to ask for. He gave me finance options and we struck a deal. I was then surprised that he said I could drive the car away that night. Wow! Paul handled the financing like a pro and was as friendly and calm as Chris. Even tough there is a lot of paperwork, they both paid very close attention to me and made the time pass quickly. The entire experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a car. Great dealership and Chris and Paul must be two of your top associates. Job well done! More

My husband and I went to DCH Toyota on a Saturday. The place was jumping with customers. Every sales booth was occupied. But people seemed friendly and were being taken care of in an orderly manner. Very pleasant experience. I knew what i wanted and what price. I was not pressured in any sort of way to go above what I wanted to spend. Everyone there was great. He has a very laid back approach which I found refreshing as most dealers make me cringe. From the start, i spoke with Diane who also did not bombard me who phone calls when I first inquired about a car. Also as a woman, I appreciate the fact that everyone there spoke to me And not directed everything to my brother who I was with. Most car dealers do not do that. I would highly recommend this dealer and Dan. update, 8 MONTHS LATER, I need new tires and brakes. Not something i was planning. I called the dealer to ask them a question and no one responded to me. I was so anxious about buying a car. I was not sure about how to go about it. I knew that Toyota was a very good car. I visited your showroom 3 separate times. He did not use any high pressure tactics. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I studied the internet, They sent me emails and encouragement but again, no pressure. I finally decided on my corolla. I kept reading your add about 80% of corollas are still on the road. I bought my new corolla last night and wondered how to send a letter to praise your salespeople, especially Dimitri Sokolov. I came home and here was a follow up email from you all. Also Mr. Magrino was very nice and explained every detail. Sal, who came to the cube had some marvellous items which I would have purchased, but I could not spend a penny more. Maybe next time! I have purchased a new vehicle in the past from dch toyota. I have also serviced this vehicle at that location. When I went back there to shop for a vehicle ( this was the first showroom i visited) I s toyota. I have also serviced this vehicle at that location. When I went back there to shop for a vehicle ( this was the first showroom i visited) I spoke with Vincent Vitolo. Both my wife and I found him to be very friendly, and very knowledgeable about toyotas. We drove two vehicles; the camry, and the avalon. DCH toyota, and most specifically, Vincent Vitolo, pulled out all the stops to justify the purchase of a toyota. I did my homework also to justify that purchase. We zeroed in on the avalon, and although I preferred to purchase my vehicle at DCH Toyota, and from Vincent, they did not participate in the Costco Program. Mr. Vitolo tried to bridge the gap but we could not come to terms on prices. I did purchase a Toyota Avalon at another showroom.I may consider in the future, having my avalon serviced at DCH. In the past 8 years I have had my other toyota serviced there, and had one negative experience. This was recently,however, but the issue was resolved by the service supervisor; Don. More
In all my years of purchasing new vehicles, this is hands down my BEST experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at any time during my visit and the entire staff was very curtious. When I first entered the showroom, Vinny Vitolo introduced himself and asked how he could be of assistance. I explained that I was in immediate need of a vehicle due to unfortunate circumstances, and that this was the first place I came to. I was actually looking at certified used vehicles on line, but was open to professional opinions. I gave him the criteria in which I was looking, and he directed me in that direction. After looking, and test driving several vehicles on the lot, I explained that this was my first stop and I needed to explore all of my options. He understood completely, and did not pressure me as I left. Being that Honda was my first choice, since I have owned two previously, I went there and to a few other competitive dealers, and I was unable to find what I was looking for, so I went home to look on the internet again. After hours of looking, I came across the Scion tc, which seemed to have everything that I was looking for. I headed back to Toyota. I told Vinny of my new found interest, and he was happy to run through all the Scion vehicles. He was knowledgeable on all them. After test driving the Scion tc, I was sold and we immediately began building my new car. He went through financial and personal criterias and we came to a deal that I was very happy with. I was then introduced to Gary Yudilevich who went through all my financials. Gary was extremely helpful, as he explained in detail all my options. I then met Rob, who further explained all the warranties, etc... He was helpfull in explaining what options were available and how I would benefit from packages that were offered. In conclusion, I honestly must say that, this was my best car buying experience. Thank you More
