After emailing several dealers to get the quote on the car & then they telling us if you come over to our location & talk to us we may get you a better deal, we almost gave up. So it was not just not getting what we want but the customer service sucked too. We almost gave up on this & were really stressed. We could not just trust anyone. I finally emailed Michelle with what i am looking to buy. I sent her the competitive quote & asked if she can do something better. She actually talked to the used car manager for us & tried to get to match the price. I liked the fact that they are honest & straight forward on what they can do & what they cannot. They don't waste your time like anyone else does like emailing you something else & when you go to the location you get something else. We finally decided to look at the car, we test drove it & it was the time they close, Saturday 7 P.M. Dan was quick, helpful & accommodated us though we were already late & Pete was so calm & nice explaining us everything & getting the paperwork ready. It was such a pleasant experience. I am so glad i took my friends for it, she referred me here & i bought my car from here. I will definitely be contacting them again for my second toyota purchase. More
