Once I got to Paul I felt pretty comfortable and he helped me make finance choices by explaining my options in simple terms and making recommendations that made sense. After the paper work was done, he proceeded to explain how the equipment functions and every other feature of our new Toyota. Bharat then spoke with our auto insurance carrier to be sure we had proper coverage before we left the dealership.
