I would probably have given a 5 to questions no. 1 & 4 but John and I had some difficulty communicating as to when the car would be ready for pickup. I have been very satisfied with all my other interactions @ the dealership, including the service dept. who helped me figure out I was given the wrong mats for my car and did a fine job putting my plates on the car, talking with Dennis Fike initially who was very helpful, and chatting with Ron Agosto about Scions. I am VERY happy with my Prius and look forward to a long, happy relationship with DCH Freehold Toyota! More

My mom was looking for a new car. We went on line, she knew she wanted another Toyota Camry. It was just where to go and who would give us the best deal and customer service. When we arrived at the dealship that day she introduced us to Joe Adorno, and the customer service just kept getting better. My father recently passed away and this is the first car that she purchased with out him. It was a heartfelt moment and a nervous time for my mom, but Joe made this the best car purchase we have ever had.
