My wife and I bought a new Avalon from Gary Yudelevich 5 years ago and were very pleased with the buying experience. I Googled Gary’s name, found he had moved to Freehold Toyota, and called for an appointment. At the dealership, he introduced us to Vinny Vitolo. After discussing our needs and wants, Vinny showed us a 2012 RAV4 that suits us perfectly. He cheerfully and efficiently answered all of our questions, with helpful explanations and suggestions along the way. They put together a deal-- with no pressure, no hassle, no razzle-dazzle and a great price—just like last time. When we came in to pick up the car, they both greeted us cordially and put the paperwork in motion. Justin Reibschied also took care of his part of the process quickly and smoothly and we took delivery of the spotlessly clean RAV4. Joe Adorno was extremely friendly and went the extra mile (Literally!, he had to get my car from the other lot). He helped me with the transfer of my possessions from the old car to the new one. And lastly, Pete Magrino, who assisted me with the financial component of the deal, was the most accomodating, and probably worked the hardest on this purchase.
