I just drove away with a rav4 two days ago. I wish I had taken myself and my parents to freehold earlier, because I felt pushed weeks prior at other dealerships. We didn't pick the best day to buy a car due to rain, but Brian was nice enough to hold my umbrella for me while I took a picture of my rav. Aside from the help and everything being very smooth, the vehicle is great. Brian is a good guy, and the day after left a nice voicemail for my father and I. I should also say thank you for the nice banner in my suv, and letting me keep my old car overnight while I drove off with my new one; to work. For whatever reason, after the sale was complete, the correct carpet was not avaialble while prepping the car for delivery. This is the third Toyota my family has purchased from this dealership. We still drive the other two. I could not believe how efficiently the team performed. I e-mailed from the website and Michelle was right there to give me the Rav4 data I needed. Within minutes, we were back and forth on color, type and the best time for my appointment. Please note, this is Black Friday evening, the most insanely busy time to look for a car. The next morning Michelle introduces me to Gunther who magically has the car I hoped to buy sitting outside the showroom, ready for a test drive. The Rav4 price is lower than any quoted on the net, lower than the 'best price' from Blue Book and it has a full tank of gas. Gunther takes care of all my questions, addresses my needs based on my profession (sales) and gets me coffee. This dealer doesn't limit your trade-in by mileage and Gunther quoted a fabulous price. Next, on to see Justin for warranty and payment schedule. There was 0% financing, Justin helped me secure a copy of my title for the trade and ran the numbers a million ways to help me figure out what I wanted to do. He was so nice and patient, even though we were close to closing time, he made me feel we had all day to make my decision. The experience ended with Gunther going through the vehicle with me and answering all my questions. Such a kind gentleman, he also made me feel that this was all about me. Michelle checked on my progress throughout the day. The dealership was so busy, so many shoppers yet this team made me feel like I was the only one there! Great experience! More

My experience was fantastic from the minute I walked in. I don't like being pounced upon by sales persons and I wasn't. I was looking for about five minutes and Vinny asked "can I help you". I said I was just looking and he said "we allow that". I explained I had an old 1999 Rav 4 and only like manual transmission cars. Since there are not many left, Vinny suggested I look at the Scion. I had seen them around but knew nothing about them. Vinny explained the reason for the model and pricing. I liked the 'lines' of the car and then sat inside. He was extremely friendly and most importantly informative. I originally was thinking I could only afford a preowned vehicle (my Rav 4 was purchased there), but Vinny showed me I could not only afford it comfortably, that I would be getting a brand new car with no mileage and full warranty. We setup an appointment to test drive two days later and I really liked the way the car handled and especially the 6 speed manual transmission. The cargo space is also awesome with the rear seats down. Within three hours of coming in at 2:40PM, which I thought was awesome especially being after 5PM, Vinny had all the paperwork done and I drove out that night with the car. I also met the Scion Sales Manager who was also very friendly and informative, and Justin Reibschied from financial services recommended some great extra warranty coverages that added an extremly small amount to thr original payment; less than 5%. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and since my last two cars have been purchased from DCH Freehold Toyota Scion, I recommend them as the best. Keep up the great work and thank you all!! More
