Gunther was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad that Jerry (service) introduced me to Gunther. He answered all of my questions about the 2011 Rav4 models. I already have an '06 (also purchased from that Jerry (service) introduced me to Gunther. He answered all of my questions about the 2011 Rav4 models. I already have an '06 (also purchased from Freehold Toyota). The new Rav4 I went home with was exactly what I wanted! I received a great deal on financing. More

Jerry Rechtman is the best. He is extremely honest, friendly and in my opinion truly has the customers best interests in mind. If you are waiting, he provides updates of how much longer it will be and he is happy to call you when your car is ready if you dropped it off. I trust Jerry and value is hard work and understanding. I have had terrible experiences at other dealers in the past, but I will only go to DCH Freehold Toyota and I will only deal with Jerry Rechtman. While many people consider car maintenance a painful process, Jerry makes it as comfortable as possible and actually gets a few laughs out of you. Thank you Jerry for all of your help. You make DCH Toyota great! More
The whole process with Brian was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, sincere, courteous and "not pushy". It is my first toyota ever .not to say that I am not familiar with them , my wife also drives a 2009 camry which she purchase new.I haven't had the time to really enjoy my vehicle because ,I bought it a few days ago. however I will be sure to enjoy it on my way to Florida this coming summer. I sincerely hope it lives up to my expectations that I hear so much about in your advertisments.,but I will say this the interior is roomy and the oversll design of the vehicle is nice!. Now as far as the salesperson,Rich Mendelson he is by far a gentlemen and a very knowledge consultant when it comes to his selling of vehicles.he help me with the necessities of what I needed and what I didn't need, however he manage to cut me a deal with some options that made the deal more attractive to the price that i wanted to pay. and that is what I call salesmenship. Way to go Rich!. Also, I saw Levi Frink the financial manager which was very kind and curtious as well. It seems to me that the employees at DCH toyota of Freehold are very friendly. We went to see a used, traded in Ford. The car itself wasn't impressive, it was low mileage and very reasonably priced but we didn't think it a good buy. I am a car geek, and I noticed a few very well hidden signs that it was in an accident. But every single person I dealt with was calm, patient, and as low pressure as possible (at least once I was there, there phone staff was a little aggressive but I think they have to in order to be in order to get results), and when I told him about the damage he did something unusual - he apologized, said he would call me if they got anything similar in in better condition, and let me leave without so much as a "let me get your number, come on inside." Usually, car dealers are psychotic about you leaving the lot, which to me is beyond irritating. Very impressed. Also, I had decent look at their wares. Mostly mid level, affordable but nice Toyotas, a few baby Scions and a small handful of trade ins. Don't take the fact that they didn't spot the accident as a bad sign, it was incredibly well hidden (including going to the trouble of maintaining a clean Carfax), they don't handle used cars beyond trade ins, and everyone gets burned once in a while. It's especially easy when you don't see a lot of those kinds of cars. I just happened to be an anal retentive geek who notices stuff like that. More
