When my wife and I came in shopping for a vehicle, we were far from having decided on make, model, and as such had extensively shopped for a new vehicle; the way Meir received us (he was highly recommend were far from having decided on make, model, and as such had extensively shopped for a new vehicle; the way Meir received us (he was highly recommended) was above and beyond what we expected; total patience in explaining and answering every question we posed; totally committed to help us decide; never pushing anything on an effort to sell us his products; we were given courtesy, respect, professionalism. It took us only 24 hours to decide favorably; then, we also noted Vincent, who both on the first day and then at the end of the purchase, was totally available, friendly, helping Meir to answer, serve and meet all our needs as customers. Well I picked up my 2011 Tacoma on Tuesday the 15th. The vehicle was prepped, and had a nice sign in the window, thanking us for our business, which was nice. I noticed that the radio antenna was missing , vehicle was prepped, and had a nice sign in the window, thanking us for our business, which was nice. I noticed that the radio antenna was missing , so the salesman had to steal one from another vehicle,( who prepped this thing) makes me wonder what else was missing...I was given the keys and thanked for my purchase, I had to ask them if they wanted to get paid , since nobody bothered to ask for the check . We then went to the cashier lady, who had no knowledge of the transaction, she seemed in kinda of a daze. So I gave her my check and we departed . I hope the service dept is a little more on the ball when I have to return for the 5 month service. I was told about the free roadside service, but was not given any phone numbers to call if I needed it. I guess I will inquire about it when I return for the license plates . Other than that, they were OK. More
I was a little apprehensive as to what to except when I walked into the dealership but then there was Vinny with a big hello and smile and said how can I help you today? After explaining to Vinny that I was currently leasing a Corolla but it was too small and since I had a Camry before that this was the car for me. Vinny was up front and honest and Gary worked his magic and not only was I able to get the payment that I wanted but also the color too. How I just can't wait to show it off to everyone. I just wanted to say again, many thanks to Vinny and Gary for working with me and for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. I walked into the dealership ready to be pounced on by Salesmen, but was pleasantly surprised. Within no time I was greeted by Chris Simmons, who was being trained by Vinny Vitolo, and they were answering my questions and providing me with all of the information I would need to choose a vehicle and make my decision. They were open and honest and went above and beyond to provide us with superb service. I was not expecting to purchase a new Highlander as I thought it would be more then I wanted to spend on a car. Chris and Vinny were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting my family make the decision lease a 2011 Highlander. There was no pressure put on us. We were able to leave the dealership, do our research and come back to finish the deal. The paperwork process was easy and there was no pressure to purchase anything additional at the end. I received a fair price for my trade in and was able to negotiate more to help make the deal more attractive. I would definitely recommend Chris and Vinny and Freehold Toyota to my friends and family in the market for a car. If the service department is anything like the purchasing process I am looking to my first service. Thank you again for a great experience. More
