Nancy Lapell was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. He even stayed passed his normal working hours to close the deal, not getting aggrevated or upset over it even though it was a Friday night. Was very impressed with his professionalism. Paul Leahy was a little too abrasive for me. He tried selling me an extended warranty which I turned down 3 times. Each time I turned it down he go a little more agressive and upset. After the third time I turned it down he stated "When you break down on the highway and you don't have this extended warranty you can call your friend Fred (he is a friend that helped with the purchase) and thank him for not getting this." I just think that's totally unprofessional especially when I'm purchasing a close to $40,000 car. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the 4Runner is definatly the right choice. More
