I just wanted to tell you that your employees are great and your dealership is very nice. I first met Nancy Lippel because she was the one who took my call when I first called there. Finally, we were introduced to Levie Frink from finance, who was very nice, was not pushing the warranty's like most dealerships do, he offered the packages, explained them thoroughly and let me make a decision and not force anything on us, which is rare for a dealership and I appreciate that greatly. The initial contact on the Internet with Michelle went very well. Michelle consistently asked what I was looking for in a new car and discussed with me the advantages of several Toyota models. Once I had settled on a Car, she then told me the salesperson I should ask for when I went to the dealer - Gunther. She said he was the best! Well when I went to the dealership and met Gunther at first I was not impressed. Gunther is a short guy and very soft spoken - until you get him behind the wheel of a car and then he catches fire! My test drive was fun. Gunther pointed out the strengths of the RAV4 I bought and we drove for quite a while so I could get a real feel for the car. There was never any hard sell which I really appreciated. Gunther let the car sell itself. After the test drive, we discussed my next move. I wanted to lease the car and Gunther helped me through the whole process. This is how easy it was - I entered the dealership at 6pm and left with my new car at 8:20pm - with the financing I wanted. I was not put away in a room while my car was prepped. There was no hard sell of extras. I was treated with a great deal of respect. Everyone at DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was great...and what's best, I LOVE MY CAR! More

Nancy, Keith, and Justin from Freehold Toyota made buying car a pleasurable experience. I was looking for a Toyota 4runner for a few months and went to many dealerships in NYC, LI and NJ, and DCH Freehold w car a pleasurable experience. I was looking for a Toyota 4runner for a few months and went to many dealerships in NYC, LI and NJ, and DCH Freehold was the only dealership that was upfront and 100% honest with me. I traded in a leased 4runner DCH informed me that my truck had a couple thousands dollars of equity, which could be used as a down payment for the new truck. Not only did other dealership fail to inform me of this they were charging me extra money for a few scratches on the bumpers. Nancy, Keith and Justin beat every other dealerships price from the start without any back and forth annoying negotiation. When I left the dealership the first night it seemed to good to be true and figured that when I sat with the finance manger all the number would change. To my surprise I was wrong and the price of the 4runner stayed the same. I really appreciate all of DCH help and would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from DCH FREEHOLD TOYOTA. More
