Great experience all around! My Sale rep, Matt was very informative and answered all my many, many questions and was so patient with me. Levie, in finance, was also so helpful with the whole process and m informative and answered all my many, many questions and was so patient with me. Levie, in finance, was also so helpful with the whole process and made all the appointments for me to have a Lojack put in and pinstripes and made sure that I would have a borrower car while the work was getting done. The service department had me in and out so quickly. I have already recommended several of my friends to Matt and the employees at DCH Freehold. More
I had a wonderful experience at this Dealership. I walked in late at night and my salesman Vinny had me out within an hour, driving my new Toyota Camry. We had a very unusual and memorable experience at DCH Toyota and Scion of Freehold, NJ. We had bought a Scion XB at this dealership three years ago and found that our salesperson at that time was very k Toyota and Scion of Freehold, NJ. We had bought a Scion XB at this dealership three years ago and found that our salesperson at that time was very knowledgeable and professional. So when we decided to trade in our clunker, we immediately went back feeling that we did not need to waste any time researching on the internet nor going from dealer to dealer. When we arrived at the dealership it was the middle of a weekday and we assumed that the hustle and bustle was due to the Cash for Clunkers Program. All the sales people were busy but we did not wait long before we were approached by John Bishop. We spent the first hour with John just verifying the eligibility of our van for this program. He graciously allowed us to use the telephone to double check specifics about our engine, and ultimately we were able to ascertain our eligibility. We test drove several cars and decided on a Toyota Venza. There was a short price negotiation and we were given a final best price immediately by the sales manager Mr. StevenYap. Pressed for time we had to leave. On the way back the following day being a little early we stopped at the Honda dealer and were stunned to see how quiet it was. We then went back to DCH and found the hustle and bustle and John not expecting us early, not at his desk. Calls and announcements were made and we were not left unattended till John was able to see us. We finalized the sale and when we were about to drive off the parking lot the car did not start! We waited as the car was boosted and subsequently taken to service. After a while we began to feel uncomfortable and walked into the Regional Manager’s office unannounced. William Liang greeted us warmly and listened to our concerns. He immediately called the service department and asked them to put several technicians on the car and to let us know if it was just the battery or something else. While we waited, we chatted with William about a couple of concerns that we had with our Scion that the service department had not resolved under warranty. We were given the name and phone number of the manager of the Service Department and told to call him at our convenience and bring in the car. In the meantime Lisa Gilmore was assigned to our case and came to the office to inform us that several technicians were looking at the car but that they could not yet ascertain the problem. William then arrange a loaner van for us, and equipped with William’s cell phone number and email address we left to wait at home. Lisa called back a couple of hours later to let us know the status. Since this was a Saturday we would only be able to find out more on Monday. Upon further thought we decided that we did not feel comfortable with the purchase of this specific car, and early Sunday morning we wrote this in an email to William. An hour later we received a response vial email and then a phone call! The deal was to be unwound, the check cancelled and the deposit which was on a credit card refunded, even though we said that it could be kept as a deposit on the next similar Venza which was going to be found for us on Monday morning. Monday morning a car was found with the same features and color, 150 miles away. It was especially driven and brought to Freehold DCH by Tuesday, but we could not come in to purchase it for a few days. During this time we were able to keep the loaner as well as have our Scion serviced by a Scion specialist. Mark Lefkus Fixed Op. Director came out to especially greet us when we brought in the Scion, and told us that Don Noack the Assistant service manager would be personally responsible for our car while he was due to be away from the office. Don took charge and did not release the car until he ascertained that all issues were resolved. In order to do this the Scion was kept for a couple of extra days and though we had already picked up the new Venza we kept the loaner van until all the work and an oil change was completed compliments of Freehold Toyota DCH. It is so unusual these days to be treated with empathy and respect. Time is at a premium and people are unable to service customers and address problems in a satisfactory manner. In this light we not only feel that William and the whole dedicated staff at Freehold DCH did an incredible job, but that they have just won over a large family of life long customers! More

Because of the Government's Cash For Clunkers program, I had difficulty finding the car which we needed when my wife totaled her 2008 Sienna in an accident about 4 weeks ago. After making lots of calls to d had difficulty finding the car which we needed when my wife totaled her 2008 Sienna in an accident about 4 weeks ago. After making lots of calls to dealers listed in the papers, Ginger from DCH Freehold quoted the best price, but importantly she most-accurately described the timing & availablity of 8-seater Siennas. She maintained regular contact, updating me with various options & choices and always immediately responded to my questions, whether by phone or email. When the exact car which we wanted came in to her dealership, she contacted me (on her day off, no less) and arranged for me to pick up the same day (yesterday) with Abe, a salesperson there. Abe was polite, friendly and extremely efficient at processing all purchase & insurance forms, getting all information accurately the first time. He worked like a speed typist and turned me over to Levie in about half the time that a typical employee might have processed the same volume of work - this was my 3rd new car purchased in the past 2 years, so I would know and I did appreciate getting home to my wife & 4 kids after a long day at work. Levie handled the financing of my new car with Toyota's current 1.9% interest rate, did his best to sell me on every optional extra like Gap insurance & extended warranty. He was so low-pressure, friendly & genuine that he actually talked me into buying some of these coverages which I had no intention to purchase. I left the dealership last night with the car I wanted at the right price & great attention. More

Overall a nice experience. They didn't play games, were straight up throughout the whole transaction. Both Ian and Steven were helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing I was not thrilled with is there is no straight up throughout the whole transaction. Both Ian and Steven were helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing I was not thrilled with is there is no lounge or sitting area for families. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I just recently purchased a 2009 White Toyota Highlander 4WD from DCH Freehold Toyota Scion and the experience I had was phenominal. I had been to the Sansone Toyota dealership 1 day prior coming to DCH an 4WD from DCH Freehold Toyota Scion and the experience I had was phenominal. I had been to the Sansone Toyota dealership 1 day prior coming to DCH and and was very unhappy with my visit their. I had gone to Sansone looking for some questions answered that I had about the Highlander and a trade in that I had. I walked the lot and then walked the showroom looking like I was a customer who needed help, many of the sales members had looked at me but nobody approached me. I then left, while in the parking lot another sales man saw I looked displeased and asked if I needed something. At that point I was willing to give this guy a chance to get the answers I was looking for. He at the time was very helpful, we talked a great length and we did take a Highlander out for a test drive. I was also very happy with the trade in value for my 2005 Ford Explorer the only hold back was that I wasn't sure what color I wanted and they didn't have many on the lot. I returned home that morning and looked online at the different colors, I had picked 2 that I liked and called the sales man back becuase he said if I had found a color that I liked he could search the data base for those colors. To cut this portion of the story short that was the last time I talked to him, we had arranged a time to meet again a few days later and to this day he has still yet to call me back. I understand that the demand for cars are high right now with the government program and if he couldn't find what I was looking for he should at the very least given me a call back. I will never go back to or reccommend Sansone to anybody I know. Now onto my experience at DCH!!! I work in the customer service field myself so I already know a lot about how to treat people and have a certain expectation when shopping for myself. As soon as I walked into DCH showroom I felt good, it was busy and all sales man were with customers. To my own good luck Vincent Vitolo had approached me and asked if I needed help. From that moment on every thing was seemless. I had only stopped into DCH Freehold to have some questions answered as well and too see what they could do for me that Sansone couldn't. I left that evening with a brand new car. Vinny treated me as if I was family and not as if I was just another annoying customer. Not only was Vinny very welcoming but every other sales man/women that I passed either in the halls, the showroom or even the bathroom they all greeted me with a smaile and a Hello. Every step of my expeirence was smooth, from walking the lot and finding the Highlander I wanted, to talking about numbers and trade in value, to sitting down with Justin and signing all the finance papers and right up to when I drove off the lot with my new car. Needless to say I will without a doubt recommend DCH Freehold to anyone I know and the next Toyota I buy will be with Vinny at DCH. More
