Great Experience!! Nick was phenomenal -- it was my first time buying a car and he really helped me make sure that I was making the best decision for me. Unlike some oth Nick was phenomenal -- it was my first time buying a car and he really helped me make sure that I was making the best decision for me. Unlike some other salesmen I have encountered, Nick went above and beyond to help me choose a car in that I felt extremely comfortable about the choices we ultimately narrowed down to. He took his time and I never felt pressured into one car over another, but really felt like it was a team effort to find the perfect match. For as stressful as purchasing a car was, Nick made the process that much easier, and I am so so appreciative of that. Excellent overall experience and I would DEFINITELY recommend!!! More

DCH Freehold Toyota Stands Out From my experience, DCH Freehold Toyota is the antithesis of what you already think of car dealerships. From bottom to top, they were very upfront, c From my experience, DCH Freehold Toyota is the antithesis of what you already think of car dealerships. From bottom to top, they were very upfront, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Justin Raymond is the salesman we were paired up with, and I’m so grateful for it. He was such a cool guy, genuinely cared about our well-being, and was as honest as it gets. My wife and I went into DCH Freehold Toyota pretty stressed out. We’ve been researching for weeks, been to several dealerships before them and we were pretty much exhausted from all the research, car shopping and dealership tricks being played on us. Justin eased up the tension by being himself, cracking some jokes, while being serious when we needed to talk business specifics. Even after our purchase, he noticed some cracks in our windshield, and organized for a repair or replacement, free of cost. He filled our tires since an indicator was showing some deflation, also noticed there were no floor mats, so he replaced them with some good ones. He didn’t need to do any of that, but he did. He was a great reminder that there are still some genuine men and women out there trying to do business the right way. I don’t gain anything from saying this, but if you want a good deal while being treated well and professionally, walk into that dealership and ask for Justin Raymond. Justin and the rest of the guys at DCH Freehold Toyota were almost too honest. I went there at the end of the month because I knew they'd be trying to meet some sort of sales threshold, so I'd most likely be getting a good deal. It was mentioned to me twice that they were way below their threshold, so it was obvious to me that they'd be willing to give a little more wiggle room in pricing, which they did. I got an unbelievable price for a 2014 CPO Camry. Even though I purchased a CPO car, I asked if I could get this inspected by a certified technician of my own. They were willing to hold the car until the next day, and even waived the deposit fee. They really went the extra mile for me. I have Justin, Dennis and Matthew to thank for that. To those leaving negative reviews, maybe I got lucky, or maybe some of you get back what you give. If you treat these guys like the xxxx of the earth, a natural human response isn’t going to be to go the extra mile for you. Do your research, be courteous and try to work a deal with them. If it doesn’t work out, move on. If you don’t get the price you want, maybe you’re not being realistic, or even if you’re bluffing to get the deal, you don’t need to be a jerk about it. More

My visit on November 9th, 2017 On November 9th, 2017 I walked into DCH Toyota looking to trade in my 2006 Pontiac. I wasn’t sure which model I would like most, but I was met by Denn On November 9th, 2017 I walked into DCH Toyota looking to trade in my 2006 Pontiac. I wasn’t sure which model I would like most, but I was met by Dennis at the front door. I told Dennis my budget, the style and color car I was interested in and he went over how the trade in would work. Dennis then introduced me to Nick and we sat down to talk about the process of leasing a new car. He then began to have me sit in a few models and explained the features of each one. After getting a feel for the different models, my heart was set on the 2018 Camry. Nick then assisted me with all of the proper paperwork and helping me with my insurance. I then sat with Sal who helped explain all of the financial information. A few moments later, I was driving out of the lot with my new Camry! I’m absolutely in love with my new car and I would reccomend this dealership to my friends and family. More

Wonderful salesmanship I had met with Justin Raymond from Freehold Toyota to search for a car. I wanted a certified used Corolla and Justin was a very nice young man. There was no sales pressure to sell me something else, and he did all he could to find me what I wanted. Well we had no luck, so I continued to search other places. It was such a nice surprise to get a call from Justin only a few days later saying he had one I would like. The best car Dealership experience I've ever had! I have leased and bought cars for many years and dreaded every time I have to go back to find another vehicle. I went in just looking to sell my Jeep I have leased and bought cars for many years and dreaded every time I have to go back to find another vehicle. I went in just looking to sell my Jeep Wrangler and found everyone from June to Wanda to Dmitri to be a true pleasure. Everyone was so helpful, not at all pushy like most dealerships. They were there to answer all my questions and help me figure out the best options for me. I ended up leasing a beautiful 2018 Toyota CHR and the experience from start to finish was exceptional! You couldn't find a nicer group of people to work with. Excellent customer service and I spent a pleasurable day there going through all of my options with them. In the end I was very happy with my vehicle and the deal that was made. If your looking for a car go there, no stress, just helpful, caring people trying to help you to find what you need.
