I'm on my seventh Toyota for a reason. Of the eight cars that I have owned in my life, seven have been Toyotas (I once bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero on a whim). There's a reason for this-- Of the eight cars that I have owned in my life, seven have been Toyotas (I once bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero on a whim). There's a reason for this--since I started buying cars in 1985, Toyota can never seem to be topped for the perfect combination of reliability, safety, and affordability. This time, however, when my 2010 Corolla (with over 176,000 miles) needed some expensive repairs, I decided to move on to my next car, but looked at some other brands just for a change of pace. I test drove other cars in other dealerships but, somehow, didn't feel satisfied. So, I came back to DCH Toyota and found that I was back in my comfort zone. Aside from the car itself, though, I have to admit that I felt much more comfortable at this dealership too. I have to credit Meir, my salesman, with this. Unlike the salesmen in the other dealerships, he seemed to care about my satisfaction with my new car as much as I did! I felt that I was treated professionally and fairly. I'm a very satisfied customer (by the way, I bought a Camry). More
