Ian is great! I went into the dch Toyota dealer a couple of days ago trying to trade in a financed car that i still had money left to pay off. Everyother dealer said no, that they couldnt help me out. But when i went into toyota I met a man named Ian. Ian helped me out so much he kept pushing they to say yes and eventually they did.
