The staff is nice and work is fine but only had tire replaced. Reason for a 3 star is very basic, I had a 7:40 appointment and they didn't seem to even look at my car until after 8:30. I went after a week and I told it will be done in 2 hours ,I stayed there for 4 hours . No body care about the customer time. Not happy at all More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They definitely need to work on customer dealing skills. It seems like none of the employee is happy working here. No smiles at all and RUDE attitudes. Service advisors don't call you back with status updates. I left my car overnight for diagnostic they never call me back in the morning for the updates. So, When I got off from work the next day. I called them and they said your service advisor left for the day so you can't pickup your car. That's totally unacceptable. They don't give loaner (courtesy) cars no matter what. I wonder if they have any? This place is definitely a NO GO place. More

I came in for a recall notice for a software update and an oil change. While doing the software update they also do an overall check and found an issue which was actually covered under the extended warranty I got when I bought my used car there back in 2015. I was relieved they found the issue and very happy they were able to fix it the same day for only a small deductible. I waited for the work in the lobby and was updated every so often. Very customer oriented. I didn't know about the reviews when I bought my car but would have given a 5 star for my experience with Nori. More

I set up servicing for my 2010 Toyota Highlander with DCH Freehold Toyota. I was in at 9:30AM and within several minutes the service representative went over the reason for my visit. He explained to me that the electrical system would be tested and I'd be advised of their findings. He came into the waiting area within 1/2 hour and explained that both headlights were defective, and that they would have the car ready in approximately 15 minutes. What a relief! What would be the chances of both lights having blown low beams at the same time? I don't know, but I'm happy to say that DCH Freehold Toyota service staff are honest and reliable. So... Thank You for your Superior Customer Service! More
