Bought a new car and came with a wrong spare tire I bought a new car and it came with a wrong spare tire. I came to know after 5 years when i had a flat tire. I Called Toyota services 5 or 6 times cou I bought a new car and it came with a wrong spare tire. I came to know after 5 years when i had a flat tire. I Called Toyota services 5 or 6 times could not get in touch with the right person. I ended up buying a new spare tire. After a week late someone called and could not resolve issue. Does it matter if i live in different states when I still get my services done by Toyota dealership. Very Unprofessional!!! More
Disappointed loyal customer My check engine light is on. I have done research and called two different reputable places to obtain pricing on diagnostic testing. I was quoted 89.9 My check engine light is on. I have done research and called two different reputable places to obtain pricing on diagnostic testing. I was quoted 89.99 and called the DHC Toyota as I am a loyal customer and take my car there to get serviced included oil changes. i was informed that they charged 130.00 for diagnostic testing. I asked if they would honor the 89.99 as I am a loyal customer. I was told no and then informed the price went up to 134.00 for the new year. The supervisor would not even speak to me. More

I am a repeat customer. I do not have very good luck with cars. I had a Honda Accord and after about 16 years, a new driver drove into the back of it (total loss). While it was legally her fault, she was a new driver and she did it to avoid a pick-up truck that ran a stop sign in front of her. I got another Accord, and while I was at my Cardiologist having a stress test, a woman drove into the parking lot and destroyed four parked cars, pushing two of them sideways into me, and me into the next car. I decided Accords last only 16 years with me, so I got a Prius in early 2012. And the day before Thanksgiving, another woman drove into me and we played auto-soccer on the NJ turnpike. Both cars total loss. So I went back Freehold Toyota for a new one. Ian-Michel Salon was my sales rep for the first Prius, so I went to him again for the second. The first did last long enough to get the first NJ inspection. I hope this one lasts as long as I do. I have had all my services done here too. More
I have a issue with my car that Toyota won't solve 2015 Toyota Corolla S My sale person was good. I had my car for 1 year. For the first 3 month i had no issue with my car. For the pass 9 month my car 2015 Toyota Corolla S My sale person was good. I had my car for 1 year. For the first 3 month i had no issue with my car. For the pass 9 month my car started to jerk/engine hesitate. For the pass 9 month when i get service done I told the service adviser about the issue and they checked it out and they found nothing wrong with the car. I even ride with the mechanic and when the car jerk/engine hesitate they mechanic say that is normal. My is defective but Toyota says its normal. I have own Toyota cars in the pass and never had this issue. I hope you find a fix for this issue. Now it very frustrating driving this car when its jerking all this time. This will be my last Toyota I will ever buy. More
Very Bad Experience I took my 2010 Camry for service and after the service and wheel rotation the car was given back with 1 missing wheel covers. When I highlighted it th I took my 2010 Camry for service and after the service and wheel rotation the car was given back with 1 missing wheel covers. When I highlighted it they said it came with the missing cover and I know for sure it was not. After the few days of service I get a call for feedback and I mentioned to them about the missing wheel covers then the person offers me to give good rating on the survey only then he will get the wheel covers replaced. This is unbelievable tactics to get good survey ratings. I said Ok to it. Then after 2 months there was no follow up calls about the replacement of wheel covers that's when I decided to complete the survey with poor ratings. Then I get a call from DCH freehold Toyota saying the reason I didn't get my wheel covers replaced is because of the bad survey ratings. The service person who was handling this was Butch. I will never ever go hack to DCH freehold Toyota. Very bad. More

Toyota did the best thing by hiring Mat Morano. This was the BEST thing I ever did - to come to Toyota Freehold. But EVEN BETTER- was that Mat Morano took my case under his responsibility. I have been to many other places and worked with many other mechanics before, but each one with another headache and another story of aggravation. Not here. My case was handed over to Mat Morano bc the first fellow went on vacation. Mat took over not only the customer service part, but he saw the job through to the end - and had his workers on the case together with insurance reps and calls, over a span of a week - never tiring from doing his job right. Each time he called me - or I called him - for an update (I called frequently throughout the long week) he was the same kind, the same patient, the same helpful, and the same proactive to contact people and oversee the case as if it were his own car. I told all my friends and relatives about the amazing experience I had at this place with Mat Morano , and how he literally provided the BEST CARE AND ATTENTION TO THE CAR'S ISSUES AND TO THE CUSTOMER - so much so - that he made my week without my car as pleasant as he can, keeping me updated, giving me a loaner car, taking the time and the patience to contact and oversee all insurance parties, all parts and labor and all evaluations - I got my car back a week later - fixed, clean and a pleasure to pick it up and drop it off (he stayed late while I was rushing to get there from NY bc I won't go to any other place - not even in NY - only here). This manager Mat Morano is by far THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO TOYOTA SCION FREEHOLD. He should get the acknowledgment he well deserves. From - a happy, appreciative customer More
