Diane, Thank you for your review. I just reviewed the audio from your call in. Our diagnostic time pays for the technician’s time to determine what repair your car needs. I understand you called some local quick lube places and are comparing our diagnostic price with them. I can tell you that our Toyota trained technicians are significantly more knowledgeable than the local places you called. In some cases, we may have a monthly deal that can reduce your diagnostic charge if you choose to do the repair work recommended to you. Unfortunately, we do have people that try to have us diagnose the car and bring our diagnosis to some garage to attempt to repair. For this reason, the diagnostic charge is the same for everyone. Diane is one of our appointment coordinators and she has been with us for a very long time. I’m sorry if she offended you by telling you she could not honor your quote from a non-Toyota authorized repair shop. If you had asked to speak to a Manager or Service Advisor, anyone would have been happy to speak with you about this. If you would like to discuss it further, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you for your review. Your complaint was addressed when you initially complained to our service advisor about the missing wheel cover. At that time George Truchan (Service Director) reviewed our check in log that indicated a hub cap was missing upon arrival. The very first thig we do when clients arrive is check in their car. A service valet walks around the car with a check in sheet and lists damage, scratches or missing parts so that we are all aware on the condition of the car at arrival. When your service advisor showed you this check in sheet that indicated the missing wheel cover, you still did not accept it. The service manager was made aware of your complaint and reviewed the video recording of your arrival into our indoor service drive area. We have 4 cameras placed so we can see every side of every car that arrives in our service area so we can review a cars condition upon arrival if needed. George reviewed the video of your car arriving to our service area and your 2010 Red Camry was missing a single wheel cover upon arrival. George offered to give you a wheel cover at no charge in the spirit of customer satisfaction. The wheel cover has been in his office since June when your service advisor told you it was here and you could pick it up. It is my understanding that you now insisted on an entire set of 4 wheel covers for a good survey. Your single wheel cover is now in my office and you can come pick it up anytime you like but we are not willing to give you 4. Anthony Cerillo General Manager DCH Freehold Toyota

My question is your video recording showed there was only 1 missing cover when I brought the car in. So where did the another missing cover go. Why was the check sheet altered to show that there were 2 missing. Is this not cheating ? So when I brought in the car there was only 1 missing cover. You are confirming this now after the dealer review. Then why the check sheet later showed there were 2 missing covers when I brought in. I never asked for all 4 to be replaced. George was holding the 1 cover hostage and said only if I give the positive review and feedback I will get the cover that he had ordered. I never go a call from George. So I went ahead and gave my feedback about the service. When I called him to enquire when I will get the missing wheel cover he said the deal was only if I gave the good feedback I would have gotten the cover.
