I recently visited this dealership for the 1st time. I traded in my car on a certified preowned 2017 Accord. It was one of the smoothest experiences I've had buying a car. Starting with Joann, who was the first person I met there. She was very easy to work with-arranged the test drive, had my trade valued and provided preliminary sales numbers before my credit check. The sales manager Zack was also helpful as was the finance guy Darwish. Never did i feel pressured one way or the other to buy. The whole process was completed in a matter of hours on a very busy Saturday. Joann was nice enough to stay after hours to finalize everything. She followed up afterward and arranged a service appointment when the battery had issues a few days later. The service manager Joe was also helpful in getting a new battery installed. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend them. If you need a car ask for Joann and she'll treat you professionally. More
